The concert started at 10.30pm but unusually had no support act so there was nothing really to get the atmosphere going.
it kicked off well with No hay nadie como tu and the group were active and engaging, in particular the only female who was non stop full of energy and quirkyness. Unfortunately the acoustics were not fantastic and it was sometimes diffucult to hear, even though it is a very small venue.
They played all of thier major hits and involved fans by letting people up on the stage.
However, the concert only lasted about 1 1/2 hours with no support act or guests which I thought was quite short as the tickets stated a finish time of 2am!
Overall, it was a good night out but lacked atmosphere.

What a show! Exciting, fast paced and breathtaking. Even if you don't speak spanish you can easily dance to the music, have a laugh with your mates and watch a well organised music band thrash out some fantastic beats.
This Puerto Rican duo are very talented both musically and lyrically and are always coming up with new and innovative tunes that keep their fans wanting more! If you get the opportunity to hear them play anywhere in the world, you must go and see them!

After what seemed like a long wait (doors supposed to open 8.30pm, act on at 9pm, turned out to be actually doors open at 9.30, act on at 10.30pm), Calle 13 took the stage. The whole show was fantastic and highly recommended. The whole building rocked (or should I say reggaetonned). Calle 13 - London loves you, and other reggaeton acts - please come here and perform.
My only criticisms are with HMV Forum - why so late? don't they know the public transport back to the suburbs is not geared up for the early hours. Also the signposting of the Free parking is rubbish. We found the roads, but they all had wheel clamping signs. No indication as to where it is safe to park. Also when you ring ther Forum for info, it is an out of date recorded message. I needed to speak to a real person with my query.

It was nice, venue not packed so better in terms of visibility and chance to move around. The band was great but they took way to much time backstage before coming out. It's the 3rd concert I go to this year where the artist is late, and not 15/20min late but a full hour or more. If the tube ran till 2am this wouldn't be such an issue but come on people! Good show, though

Calle 13 and his Band brought the memories for one night of Latin America and why Latinos are at the forefront for the fusion of different genres, blending in the spice from Puerto Rico with European rhythms...smooth set with all his hits.
