I went to this concert not knowing what to expect from a 69 year old singer, but WOW, Cliff exceeded my expectations by far. The show was superb from the first note to the last. Cliff sounded better live than he does on his records, I feel proud that I was part of this show, and hope Cliff enjoyed himself as much as his fans did. The Shadows were brilliant too. They sounded fantastic, and performed all their top tunes. The whole show was like going back in time. Songs that I hadn't heard for a long time, brought back memories of my teenage years. Where Cliff gets the energy from goodness knows. He jitterbugged at every given chance, and proved you can sing and dance at the same time. No miming from this "Legend". Thank you Clif and the Shaddows for giving me the chance to re-live my youth, even if it was just for a few hours. I hope the fans go out and buy your record so you can say you are truly the king of British pop music by having a record in the charts for the past 5 decades. xx

Just the most amazing experience. The Metro Radio Arena was packed to the gills with people of all ages, mostly over-60s who, of course, knew the words of every song and joined in with gusto! We stood for a final ovation and remained stood for three encores. The joy exuded by Cliff and the Shads was very infections and a delight.

A trully amazing evening. Cliff and the Shadows seem tohave improved over the years!! Lots of Rock and Roll. Great music which hasn't dated. Everybody's feet tapping and people up and dancing. Cliff and the Shadows as professional as ever.

I took my Mum and was not really looking forward to it, I was totally wrong I had a fantastic evening.
They have all still got a hell of a lot of energy and put on a fantastic show.
There were a hell of a lot of kill joys who didn't like the fact that people wanted to get up and dance at a concert, I thought that was the whole point of going to a concert? Maybe some people just need to buy DVD's??

After booking on line the day it opened was rather disappointed with the allocated seats.. I was unfortunate enough to have a lady sitting on my left who talked right through the first half. It wasn't only my husband and I she annoyed but people sat all around. At the start of the second half the chatter started again - at that point I told her we had paid all that money to listen to her.........a lady in front even thanked me because the chatter stopped straight away - until the end of the concert. That was just unlucky!!

Cliff was his usual excellent self. Dancing and moving around the stage better than some of the more modern performers. Hank Marvin and the Shadows are still able to make their guitar's talk, and sing as well, if not better than ever before,

My only complaint was the seating. We were quite high up in the MEN and almost behind the stage to the side. we could see virtually nothing of Cliff and the Shadows. That was very dissapointing and almost spoiled an excellent concert.

It was an excellent evening entertainment. I think the Shadows play even better than they did when I was young. It bought back many happy memories. Cliff is fantastic and certainly does not show his age, he is never still a minute.

I hope they do another final show, they can only get better!

A memorable evening, good seats, friendly staff and a truly tremendous performance - only disappointment was the price of the programmes, £15 is too much by anyone's standards for a programme and keepsake.

What an event I had never seen the Shadows perform and it was an amazing spectacular to attend. Cliff and the Shadows went on stage and the clock went back to another time and place. I doubt if we will see them play in England again, if I had the money I would go down under to see them again next year

What an amazing show. The energy and professionalism of this show was worth every penny. The Shadows, oh so in tune. What an example to live music. They were note perfect. And Cliff. No wonder his shows sell out. He don't need radio. 1/4. Capitol Gold are playing him now Saturday 31 Ocotober 2.25pm. All age groups love him and The Shadows,. I am sure that was not their last show. Hope to go to another one soon.

Great Show, all the great songs by Cliff & Shadows and great tunes played by the Shadows. After all these years neither Cliff or the Shadows have lost it. Great Night, Great Music, Fantastic Night. The Banter between songs was comical and added to the evening.

They are just so good - I haven't heard wall to wall music like that for years! I just hope I'm that good at their age - they were none stop - they had done more first class numbers by 8 pm than some acts a quarter of their age manage in an entire concert.

It was so reassuring to see all generations in the packed audience, with everyone seeming to know every tune, every beat. The performance was first rate - perfect timing throughout, superb choreography, very smooth, full of energy and so uplifting amidst the gloom of the outside world.

It's amazing just how they compliment one another and just how many Shadows hits I remember . As Cliff himself said, "...most people forget we were actually a Rock and Roll band." They lived up to this billing and were thoroughly entertaining. Nice interplay between them all and what seemed genuine affection. Thanks very much for a wonderful evening... if you get the chance DON'T pass it up, go!

It was the most fantastic evening from start to finish.
all the songs were hits and to sing and play for over two hours of constant hits makes you realise how good they have been over the last years
An unbelieveable night.
