So glad we were blessed to take the kids to this incredible show. Thank you to the person who came up with the idea on Kids Week so families could afford to go.

A wonderful show and an incredible cast. All my kids can't stop talking about it!!

My wife took our young son to the pictures 5 times to see this film, when it was released in the early 90's, and as the show opened, with animals marching down the aisles and "The Circle of Life" in full flow, I could see her flashback to those times.
This show is visually stunning, with some incredibly complex costumes, and elaborate set changes. Some of the songs you'll recognise from the film, but there are others added to aid the story. I thought the vocals were excellent and there are performances to make everyone smile. Go and see it - even without the kids!!

I took my granddaughter who is nine years old, neither of us knew what to expect, the opening scene was totally amazing and it was suprise suprise after that. The costume, make up, acting was brilliant, the music, of course Elton John being my hero was truly magical. The whole show from beginning to end kept us enthralled, and although my grandaughter had seen the film and read the book many years ago, she still managed to follow the storyline. I would recommend it to all ages with the exception of the very young who will of course get impatient and restless as one did in front of us, I would say he was around three years old, however, there were quite a lot of children as it was a matinee perfomance but they were all so intrigued with the event that you didn't realise they were there.

Brilliant day, went to Covent Garden first and then back again after the show, would definetely recommend it.

If London wasn't so expensive I would be there every weekend watching a show. Lion king is one of the best I've seen. Perfect for all the family. You need to see this show!!

We took our three year old son and were a bit worried if he would enjoy it and pay attention especially as the tickets were quite expensive ( we sat four rows back from the stage). We needn't have worried, he was transfixed right from the start throughout. The acting and musical were superb, the costumes stunning. We would recommend wholeheartedly.

This was my second, but not my last time, going to see the Lion King. I absolutely loved the movie and the musical is spectacular.
I would recommend the Musical for all those who saw the movie and who liked the story of Simba.
Scar's portrayal was awesome, the added songs are amazing and reminiscent of Southern African music style.

I purchased these tickets for myself and my daughter for a birthday treat, was told by many people that this show was amazing and absolutely agree. We had seats in the stalls and was lucky to see the characters walking through the isles.
Both my daughter and I were overwhelmed and even emotional at times.

This was my husband and my 1st ever musical and we were not disappointed! !! A amazing show!!! The use of puppets was just brilliant highly recommend this show for all ages. A must see!!!

Totally mesmerising show, my 6 year old sat enthrawled throught. Amazing cast, but, especially Brown lindikwe mkhize playing rafiki who was absolutely wonderful.

I'm so glad I got the tickets to see the lion king for my boyfriend's birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed it and so did I. I felt emotional at some point, oh the beautiful music and stunning voices touched my soul, really moved me. The staging wow, never seen anything like it, great performance by all the cast,I will definitely see it again and highly recommend.

fantastic show certainly was not disappointed !! highly recommend it to any age i would certainly go again to see it. travelled all the way from cornwall and was given lots of good feed back and was so impressed anybody would be crazy not to go and see the show.everybody involved what a fantastic effort you have all done as a team. very happy lady here

It was just an amazing show! Enjoyed every minute of it :) and would recommend to see it everyone besides the kids under the age of 8 ( just too long for them therefore they wouldn't enjoy it and the parents, cares either).
