Alice has real presence and energy on stage. She involved the crowd and really entertained. Her whole band were fantastic. An amazingly talented group of people. Definitely recommend going to see her. Real value for money - the set lasted about 2 hours!!

A short notice booking which was very pleasantly surprising. The Forum is a venue I've always enjoyed and Alice Russell with her band were just perfect.

Alice and her band are amazing..Alice has a wonderful soulful voice but unfortunately the HMV Forum's sound system let her down. I saw Paloma Faith the week before and the same thing. That aside I would thoroughly recommend you see Alice but at another venue!!

Better than Duffy and Adele by a country mile, more gospel than Winehouse but equally influenced by classic soul arrangements and the band for union chapel show just took the material to a whole new level, check Alice out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed everyone hitting Big Chil this summer is in for a treat!

A great venue accoustically, and a top gig. Alice always has a great rapport with the crowd, a natural relaxed friendliness. The set list included a selection from her albums and a few surprises too. The excellent local choir joined in later. We definitely got our moneysworth!

Amazing band in an amazing venue, acoustics were perfectly suited to Alice's amazing voice. Highly recommend you get hold of some of this bands music and also see some music at this venue (The Union Chapel, Islington)

What an gorgeous venue. Alice is an awesome singer. She is one of the. Most under rated artists I know. She really bonds with the audience and almost had me in tears the whole performance.
