Was up there as one of the best gigs ever!!

I've been to quite a lot of gigs but when Skindred played the corporation at Sheffield it was most certainly one of the best, I can't decide which was better though skindred or Bullet for my valentine in Manchester!

Skindred are easily the best live band ive seen to date, never seen a crowd like it! The place was absolutely electric, id pay any amount to see them again. Any fan of skindred who hasnt already seen them live is really missing out, they really make you feel part of something big and bring everyone together in the crowd.

The supports were brilliant too, ive never been a fan of pure pop punk but Me vs Hero are just too catchy to ignore, really loving them at the moment! And Choidos were elegantly heavy and played as well live as they do recorded.

Anyone who hasnt heard of skindred needs to be woken up, easily one of the best experiences of my life. All in all a Fantastic night out, exceeded all expectations, next time any of these guys are local im there!

This was the 8th time I've seen Skindred, and as always, they were amazing.

To start with, Benji walking on stage in jeans and a hoodie, everyone seeming confused at his total lack of jazzy outfit, then him ripping the jeans and hoodie off to reveal a sparkly silver suit...

They blasted out plenty of songs from their new album, as well as all the old favourites, mixed in with Benji's interaction with the crowd, which always adds an extra something to a Skindred show. A highlight was Benji making everyone do a metal robot dance!

And I was well impressed that they actually did an encore, as I hadn't seen them do that for a while!

Setlist: They started off with Bruises, and I can't for the life of me remember the order of anything else. @

Opening act(s): I really didn't like the opening acts. I thought they didn't suit Skindred's vibe at all. The first band was terrible pop/emo, and the second was way to heavy for Skindred's dancey vibe. @

Skindred, as usual, put on a great show, played their tunes perfectly with amazing energy, got the crowd bouncing like bunnies, and looked so fly. I swear half the crowd were half naked by the end. Totally recommend seeing them, anytime.

My only problem was the venue, the the sound could have been equalised a little better so that the bass wasn't so muddy, and although you could hear the sounds of the instruments very clearly, it wasn't always easy to tell the tune. Oh, and the venue could have sold earplugs.

Ive never been at the front before at a gig but when the first 2 bands came on we was all just standing around but then when skindred came on the whole place just went nuts I had such a good night that I will never forget the leader singer is great at getting everyone involved 16 pound was worth it just to see them plus they was being recorded for scuzz so im most definantly gonna be seen on tv :)

i heard my 1st skindred track in a racing game! and was curious..then i found the video of "Stand for Something" and was hooked..but o to see them live at the forum, from the moment he walked on the stage, the singer commaded the whole audience and the music was tuff!! pretty tight every time i thought the song was over BANG!!! it went off again like the buncefield perol refinery blast! and the crowd were bouncing like they were Bleeding Kangaroos! many have tried to blend rock/punk/ragga. without sucsess, until SKIDRED came along and showed how to do it..with style and raw energy!

the whole event, start to finish, was absolutely incredible. good choice of opening acts, a good blend of easy rock and metal, but skindred just blew the roof off that place. Benji's vocals were amazing, they were tight as a band, the crowd control was spot on, it was an absolutely amazing night. definitely go and see them when you get the chance.

I to the gig early and saw both support acts which weren't amazing but skindred performed above my expectations and made it well worth the wait. They were AMAZING. best gig i've been to yet

This was the 5th time I've seen the band and probably the best too. The venue was tiny which helped amplify the electric atmosphere. Benji was on fine form and interacted with the crowd brilliantly reminding me of Freddie Mercury when he got the crowd singing. I couldn't have wrote a better set list and their new material went down a storm. They had the whole crowd bouncing all night.. It was definitely the best gig that I've been to for ages!

the gig was awesome!! i usually see metal gigs and this was just something different.. they were still heavy but with a twist.. the venue wasnt great as if you wernt on the front row you souldnt see anything. i will definately reccommend them to people who like a bit of reggae

Skindred delivered a suitably epic set to introduce their new album, Union Black. Fronted by the charismatic Benji, the crowd enjoyed every moment. Skindred's energetic blend of musical styles fused with their humour and experience brought their Welsh home crowd an unforgettable night. A well thought out setlist made up of old favourites and new material showed that Skindred are still one of the top bands in the UK to see live.

Have been a Skindred fan for nearly 8 years, first went to see them at Nottingham Junction 7 after a mate lent me Babylon and I thought it was ace. I am a lot older now and sometimes feel VERY old at their gigs which are usually over 14s but Skindred never fail to take me back to the good old days of no responsibilities and have me jumping around like a maniac as if a spell has been cast over me. Got straight home and ordered new album!
I love them. I will never be too old for Skindred!

The show was incredible! This is the third time I have seen Skindred live and they just keep getting better and better! Benji is so interactive with the crowd and really gets everyone going! I loved the Rihanna and Tinnie Tempah mashups Skindred did. Without a doubt one of the best bands to see live.

Skindred is one of the best bands I've seen in a long time the shear amount of energy and enthusiasm they have on stage will make the event unforgettable but add to the fact they sound amazing and were such a well oiled machine meant that everyone was going crazy, one of the best things about the band is the lead singer benji who is a really funny and friendly guy, I recommend this band to anyone who just wants a good time.
