Mika Brighton 3rd March, has to be the best concert I have ever seen. Listening to him live is even better than listening to him on cd. What an amazing voice. He is a real entertainer. I loved his 1st Album and am glad the 2nd Album is just as good. The finale was spectacular and was disappointed it had to end. I will be sure to book tickets again and hope a 3rd Album will not be too long. Mika if you read this I am truely in love with you as you have the whole package!!

Very relaxed atmosphere, very fun, a lot of work had gone into the set which was like a massive journal displaying various drawings relating to each song. Great show which was finished too soon - great encore of his 2 best songs.

The show was super, what an entertainer.
Pity the Brighton Centre didn't advise that the seats had a restricted view and vision would be compromised by a poorly placed spot light!

Mika and Erik Hassle were amazing at the Mika gig, it was such an electric atmosphere in Brighton and Erik really got the crowd going. The energy that Mika had performing every song was unbelievable, I could believe he could perform for such a long time. It was definitely made up for the long wait! Mika performed for about an hour and a half, which was amazing and he had songs, old a new in it. He sounded so good live, especially as it was my first concert. All the teenagers, including myself, and even some of the older people dressed up in neon clothing and the atmosphere between the people in the crowd was friendly, which was even better. I felt exhausted by the end of it as Mika really got the crowd involved. I'm so glad I went to see him Live!

Anyone wondering who Mika appeals too needs only to have visited the Brrighton Centre on Wednesday and seen the wonderful mix of people, as eclectic as Mika himself! The atmosphere was electric as Mika worked the audience into a frenzy of excitement mixing old hits with new songs from his album. He let the crowd take the lead in joining in and singing the best known phrases so we all felt we were at his party. The story book background with cartoon animation was amazing, the stripy stagehands quirky, his band original and fascinating to watch, the music pulsating, even better than his last tour! 'Mika we love you' echoed from every corner from the teeny boppers while us oldies just marvelled at his showmanship and enjoyed the music, happy to be included in this fantasmical party.

A great show - every song was a production in itself. Only gripe was the start of the encore. A slow song with a puppet that brought everything to a juddering halt. Without that it was perfect.

Wow is an understatement, this concert was not just packed with Mika's wonderful vocals but a visual feast of colours, glitter, balloons and showed what a true showman he is. A marvellous gig full of imagination and I cannot recommend it enough for young or old. If you want to find the child in yourself go and see him. You cannot help but smile.

The performance was brilliant in spite of some equipment and technical problems during the show. Mika seems to have endless energy and didn't take a break until the encore.
He sounded superb live and the show was worth every penny. Would have liked to be downstairs in standing at the Apollo though to be able to see him better and be more able to dance.
Will look out for tickets to go and see him again at another venue!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! This is the second time I have seen Mika at the Brighton Centre, and the fourth time I have seen him live. The man is a musical genius!! He has the whole package. Not only does he tell an amazing story with every song that he has written, but you also get to experience SOOOOO much more at one of his concerts. His sets are fantastic and his support band are awesome - especially his drummer, Cherisse Osei, she is a LEGEND!! He gives so much to his fans - you come away from one of his concerts feeling that everything is wonderful with the world and he makes me feel about 17 again - can't be bad!! I am always recommending him to anyone I talk to who wants to have an unforgettable evening out. The Brighton Centre is also a fantastic venue to spend an evening.

It was lovely...Mika used to go to Uni in Brighton and gave us little stories of his exploits...he is so lovely to look at and with those lovely long legs he still has plenty of rhythm. He was all over the stage, on top of the piano and left to right and vice versa and it was just so much fun. A mix of songs and they were all good. Altho I sat throughout the performance I was jigging from side to side and shaking my head back and forth up and down and having a marvellous singalong.
The stage setting was colourful with a book-like backdrop which constantly changed into all manor of colourful items as he sang his way through his portfollio.
Randomly there were props like a big pink blown up leg and foot on stage and a lovely sparkly silver umbrella. Mika also sported a coat of many colours and the most wonderful top hat.
The concert was a decent length and I sadly left during the last song to get my coat from the cloakroom and make my way home.
It isn't always that an artist of Mika's standing bothers with Brighton and I am so glad that he did. I would happily go again.
To have the opening act as Erik Hassle was a stroke of genius! Two for the price of one! It doesn't get much better than that!
