I went witht my 5 year old daughter and friends, we loved it. Generally well organised, helpful staff, great music etc etc. However BIG MOAN re the lighting of the wickerman. This is billed as a family friendly festival. My daughter stayed up for the lighting of the Wickerman as billed as 10.30-11-pm. By midnight it still hadn't been lit, there were exhausted children nodding all over the place and fractious parents stressing. I had to give up well after midnight and carry my sleepy and tear stricken daughter all the way back to the tent. She didn't even see the fireworks. Why o why o why don't you light the wickerman as soon as it is dark enough (10pm at the latest?) so the kids can go to bed and the grown ups party on down? Competing with the main act seems ludicrous and actually ended up spoiling the zutons for me,.
