Well, I went along expecting that he would ridicule science but he decided to hit on mant taboo subjects and take jokes past common decency. I was in tears with the jokes and his comment at the end on why he did this has made me think.
There is comedy all around us and staying away from taboo subjects is like hiding issues away. I was not a great fan of 'extras' but seeing him live was well worth the money. Glad to see he uses it for first class flights that don't have added safety features above cattle class - see show to understand the comment.

A very, very funny evening - if slightly rude - evening! No political- or any other - correctness here - absolutely hilarious, you had to laugh even when you thought you probably shouldn't. It does say over 18s only, and if you're easily offended don't go - but I guess if you are you wouldn't have booked in the first place!
If I could go again tonight I would.

was looking forward to this show since march and couldn't wait as I am massive ricky fan and love everything he's done. But despite being mega late (got lost) didn't miss him as he took ages to come on then didn't stay on long. but the gig was very poor really. it seemed fragmented, thrown together and pushing the smut line to the limit at times. I thought he was cleverer than that with his comedy. felt material was old and repeated from podcasts and/or built on from older shows - surely he knows his fans coming to see him would most likely have listened to podcasts and see through it?! ok at times but mostly predictable and kinda boring - I felt almost obliged to find it funny and laugh at the time because I AM such a big fan, but thinking about it after - it wasn't great. really disappointed and annoyed considering the travelling involved and ticket price - which i wouldn't of minded if it was like fame or the others! and not being able to see his face properly (no big screen, which I thought there might be) meant many of the facial expressions were lost on me anyway. Shoulda stopped after FAME!!!

I thought the warm-up guy was funnier!
Made jokes about Fat people (again), Child Molestors (NOT funny) and even mentioned raping a granny - guess he's bottomed out if you'll pardon the pun!
Only on stage for just over an hour so I figure he was a pretty expensive night out, I'd rather have seen the dvd highlighted version for a tenner in the warmth of my own home (it was a really cold night!) and I could have run it on......... need I say more.

Unsurprisingly, it was an amazing gig, so good to see Ricky in the flesh rather than on the tv! He was brilliant, rude, captivating, a perfect comedy gig.

It was the forth time I have seen Ricky Gervais live and this was by far the worst. Many jokes were from the podcast and the whole event was a money making exercise.
Never again.

As we expected Ricky was hilarious, have seen/heard all Ricky's work to date so our expectations were high and he delivered. Can you bring Karl along next time as the opening act, and also please come to Australia!!

the warm-up act put a downer on the evening, the most untalented,crude/sexiest/racist/ guy.....didn't engage with audience.
ricky was just a bit too crude, not as clever as usual which was disappointing.he used some old material. love gervais, just needs to not go stoop so low,hes better than that.
on an up-note..the set was AMAZING.......very very cool.

What an unforgettable night. As always Ricky Gervais is unique and so so so funny.
Not only is he up to date but also knows how to keep the audience laughing, as well as bury their hands in their hands with some close to the knuckle gags.
Science isn't really an suitable name for the tour, but as Ricky says...."It's my tour, so, so what!!!"
Haven seen all his other tours on DVD, this tour is one of the best he has done, and I feel honoured to receive a Signed Tour Brochure....If you know what his humour is like, I think you can understand that I can't repeat what he wrote.....except it was something like....OOOO you lucky "person" lol
A gerat tour that shows Ricky Gervais will be around for a long time to come, which is great news

He was fantastic. He is not afraid to touch on any subject. He is so not politically correct that he made me cringe, and I love it. He is a fat ordinary looking bloke with an extra ordinary talent to see the funny side of life in the minutest detail. The ark and Noah made me hold my sides from laughing. I had an Oliver Twist moment at the end and wanted more.
