I have been wanting to go to an AC-DC gig for years now, so I was really looking forward to this event for months. And boy was I not disappointed! From the thundering opening right through to the obligatory "for those about to rock" ending the band kept the tempo up and the atmosphere electric. A great mix of classic songs and tracks from their new album meant there was never a dull moment. In fact despite playing over 2 hours, it still felt like they quit too soon! One of the best gigs I have ever been to!

They are starting to get a little old but they can still put on as good a show as ever. You never know when they may be too old to do this anymore so go and see them before they all die!!!!!

Dispite the show being spoilt by the crowd surging forward and trapping me against the barrier so I had to be taken out of the crowd because I was hurt, ACDC were everything I had hoped they would be..Amazing!
Wembley needs to sort out the standing areas so the crowd can't move forward they way they do...thank god I didn't have my 6 year old grandson with me or things could have been alot worse...that was the only down side to the whole day....be warned from someone who knows....as much as you would like to get closer...don't!

Just over 30 years ago AC/DC supported The Who at Wembley stadium. At the end of June the band headlined the venue themselves and put on an impressive show.
The set list was a mixture of tracks from last years mega hit 'Black Ice', expected classics and the odd suprise ('Dog Eat Dog' from 'Let there be Rock').
The band showed no signs of age in terms of energy and movement, although Angus is thinning on top he lacks the vanity of most rock stars and was just focussed on his fantastically primal lead playing - once the school boy hat fell off there was no attempt to cover up.
Our seats were a long way from the action (despite ordering them within a minute of the going on sale), but I must admit the band did a good job of playing to a stadium, and even where we were the sound was wonderfully loud and crystal clear.
With the band hinting that age will prevent them from doing many more tours (and you can see why as the physical commitment in the show is incredible), so I was glad to catch them one more time and to find them on form.

The band was superb and played brilliantly. I would gladly see them again but not at this venue. The echo at the back of the stadium was awful and I doubt I'll go to another gig there.

First time I have been able to see acdc live in concert. They are my boyfriend favorite rock band and mine. This was possible the last time we could see them in concert and they exceeded all expectations. Played our favourite songs of their first albums. We were up dancing all night singing!! Brought them for my boyfriend, as a birthday present, was the best present he had ever had and it will be something that we can share for time to come. To see acdc on stage and witness their renowned traits is undeliverable. Still cant believe we were lucky enough to go!!!! Best songs were run away train, shes got the jack, TNT, thunderstruck, hells bellsm dirty deeds high way to hell and back in black!!!!!

Having never seen them before I was lucky enough to see the truly awsome ACDC at 3 venues on the black ice tour, O2 London, MEN Manchester & Hampden Park Glasgow. The gravelly vocals of Brian Johnson coupled with some truly fantastic guitar work by Angus coupled with a fantastic stage set allowed for a truly memorable experience. Great band but not sure of Hampden Park as a venue, have been to much better. Also well done to The Answer who supported on tour, they have a new fan.

After paying full price for 4 seated tickets, as everyone else did, we expected to see the gig, from a distance..............WRONG! Our seats were at the side of the stage with only the giant Angus Young cap to view. Yes, there were screens but forgive me for critising, but it was just like watching an AC/DC DVD. I went to watch AC/DC not AC/DC a big screen!! On reading reviews the main event seemed to be the spectacular stage entrance AGAIN we did not see this. The busty blonde sitting directly behind us managed to get her tickets changed to a more suitable seating area (which remained half empty through out the gig) on trying the same, funnily enough the 16 year old boy would not exchange our tickets (I wonder why???) Fantastic atmoshere and sadly our highlights were all the WWF style fights and a baulding man playing air guitar, Baulding man, we salute you!!
