i seen the kooks live at edinburgh playhouse in 2008 and they were awesome! they need to come back to scotland again!

I saw the Kooks at the Opera House and they were, well to say the least, brilliant!
Fantastic set and all the songs you wanted to hear.
The support band, didn't really get me or the crowd going but they did their best.
The only thing stopping me giving them 5 stars, was the sound quality.

The Kooks are an excellant band to see live and would definately reccommend you put them on your list of bands to see. The Opera House was a great venue, making the gig quite intimate.

I went to see the kooks in the opera house at bournemouth on 17th july, it was the first time i had been to this venue which was supurb, the kooks put on an awesome performance at a well orginized venue, i would def see them again and also visit the same venue to see other great bands, highly recomended.

The Kooks are one of my all time favourite bands, but this is the first chance I have had to see them live and after a 2.5 hour drive to Margate me and my 3 friends were definitely not disappointed! the atmosphere was electric, and the band were great performers and gave their all on each song all night....one of the best gigs I have been to and have seen a lot of bands! Great venue too :) Even the storm after the gig couldn't mess up our night! Thanks guys :) And a brilliant support act too! Can't remember their name but they will make it big I'm sure :)

wished i seen them at a festival instead, i could have gone to another stage to see a band who's singer actually knew the words, didn't forget to plug his guitar in and knew where the microphone was

The Kooks as usual belted out all their best tunes, Lukes voice wa s abit strained, possibly by a large amount of alcohol consumed prior to them coming on stage!

It was far too hot however in the Winter Gardens to dance and really get into it which was shame, they need air conditioning badly!

Performed one new song which sounded good but best songs of the night were Naive and Do you Wanna in my opinion

Friday night was amzing. The Kooks pulled out all the stops.
The soudsystem, everything was spot-on.
No pretentiousness which was really pleasing and what a Voice!!
Opera House is a quality venue.

The gig was awesome! The atmosphere was electric and the band certainly didn't let us down, they were on true form. This was the first time I've seen the Kooks and after last nights performance, if most definately won't be the last. Absolutely Amazing. Thanks lads for an unforgettable night.
