Saw Lionel in 2007 at Metro Arena and 5 years on he is still the best!!! All the songs you could ever wish for, all the energy still there and all the showmanship. His interaction with the audience is just great and just makes you laugh out loud!! He puts all the young artists of today to shame. You don't need all the dancing and theatrics to make a concert amazing, its about the songs and the voice!!! With Lionel that's what you get.
Hope, Hope, Hope he does another one before he retires cause I will be there!!

Lional has and will be the creme de la creme the wait for our show in Aberdeen was well worth it, he was amazing and had so much energy in this show it was unbeleivable he is a great entertainer and will always go to his shows as long as he comes to Aberdeen. The man is all night long as he had everyone one the the audience jumping. You should all get a ticket for next year show and see him, have a great xmas Lional :}

Lionel is a great entertainer, but it was a bit of a let down when you compare it to his last concert at the SECC. I have been to loads of concerts & never been to anything near as good as Lionels 2009 concert in secc, that i dont think can ever be beat

This was a fantastic concert. Value for the money. Lionel came on stage from 9.00p.m. - 10.45pm. The Commodores are also very entertaining and very talented.

Missed his last 2 shows in Aberdeen...3rd time lucky. Great show great entertainer and great musicians. The atmosphere was warming and thrilling, especially as it was -4 degrees outside. Everyone enjoying Lionel and his music, singing and dancing along to his songs. The song Dancing on the Ceiling very appropriate..

This is the second time I have been to see him, and again Lionel proved that he was still more than capable to get everybody 'Dancing on the Ceiling'. I would recommend to anyone that had the chance, to go and see him in concert. Amazing night!!

The only downside to the concert was that we waited till 9.30 before Lionel came on the stage but sang until 11.10. The concert was fantastic and would highly recommend people to go and see him. He sang some of his old Commodore songs along with his well known classics. Plenty of singing and dancing in the SECC.

The tickets said it suppose to start at 6 o clock, but when we picked the tickets up they said ticket master didn't drop them off yet as the show doesn't start till 8 o clock, we had to wait for a further two hrs before the show started even though we travelled 3.5 hrs to get there, we seated at 8 and the show started at 8.20 a supporting act came on which she was gd but was on till 9 o clock, we then waited for another 30 min till Lionel came on, but when he did come on what a mind blowing show, Lionel Richie was amazing, he danced sung for over two hrs without a break, a lot of problems before the show but Lionel was a first class performer, xx

Oh my gosh! The evening was out of this world. We had tickets for the back row but the view was great as we could see everything and have room to dance. Lionel sounded amazing live just like the cds
