This was a pretty big venue for comedy but Jimmy Carr worked it so well. His humour is often edgy so don't go if you're easily offended. His openess and honesty make him such an interesting act to watch and he encourages audience participation standing on stage saying 'you can ask me anything, I really don't care!'. The audience were however a little quiet. I feel there could have been much more opportunity for Jimmy to show his unequalled comedic talent with a little more material from the crowd. He didn't let it bother him and still went down a storm. I have so much admiration for a man who works so hard. When you hear on TV that he is the hardest working comedian, they're not wrong. Every show he plays he takes time out afterwards to come and meet the crowd, have pictures taken and sign autographs. Great entertainment!

Perhaps one of his edgiest stand ups yet. Very funny and, as always, very offensive. He's back sometime in January, I'd highly recommend you pop along.

What more can you say about Jimmy Carr? Offensive, Crude and the funnest comedian out there!
No subject taboo, this gig is not for the easily offended, if you want good clean family jokes then go see Peter Kay with your Nan and laugh at corny old jokes and family observations that have been done time and time before.

If you want to laugh (lots) and be shocked (but still find yourself laughing) then Jimmy Carr is your man.

This is an absolutely brilliant show! The laughter does not stop for the entire time you are there! Jimmy Carr's witty sense of humour creates a comfortable atmosphere as if he were talking to friends.
There is a excellent range of jokes and topical issues being covered and the audience participation really involves everybody and makes for very easy viewing and listening.
I would recommend this show to anybody who has seen Jimmy on TV and is interested in seeing his stand up material, it was well worth the money!

Billiant comedy show, thoroughly entertaining. Very funny, we couldnt stop laughing! only downfall was that we were looking forward to seeing Jimmy in person after the show as we were promised but he didnt stay around long enough by the time we walked down to the foyer. Apart from that it was a brilliant night!! Well recomended show!!

1st half good. Found his material very repetitive and thought his "jokes' about pedaphilia too much for comfort to the point when it became anoyingly not funny.

Jimmy Carr on top form again. Too many jokes to remember since he keeps banging them out at a fast pace and keeps you laughing constantly.
Welcomes questions from the audience, and is always quick to put people back in their place. brilliant night out.
Oh, and if you have a fear of spiders don't get picked out like i did. thanks to my mate for pointing me out to Jimmy.

Last night was Jimmy Carr at his best - witty, intelligent and joke after joke! Like all the best comedians, he makes it seem so effortless. He's such a wonderfully clever comedian - after the initial laugh you realise almost every joke is on more than one level & it truly does take a rapier wit to produce such sterling work! Loving Jimmy Carr!

If you like your comedy rude and on the edge, this is the show for you. Over two hours of quickfire gags, cleverly using two sessions of cartoon images to bring some variation to the show. However, as with many comedians live do not expect 8 out of 10 cats - if easily offended by bad language and sailing close to the winds of good taste humour, then steer clear. Hecklers beware, Jimmy's replies wil cut you down no trouble - but on the other hand it makes for great entertainment. A great night's entertainment and highly recommended.

On stage for nearly 2hrs & funny for all of it.Played with the crowd very well.Lots of new gags& did a marvellous insight into what goes through his mind.go if you get the chance you wont regret it.

not the first time i have seen Jimmy Carr, and it wont be the last, its an annual thing for me and the missus now.

I loved this event, Jimmy performed for 2 hours which really surprised me, how on earth he remembers all those jokes I do not know! Yes sometimes he is a little close to the mark, but he is so funny and intuative. I would reccommed this tour to anyone (perhaps not good to go along with your mum or gran though!).
Excellent value for money and if you want to come away laughing and feeling good (despite the pending credit card bill after buying all the christmas presemts) go see Jimmy Carr - you will love it!!!

Last night was brilliant,i bought the tickets for my boyfriend`s birthday and he said it was the best birthday present he ever got,we both didnt stop laughing,Jimmy Carr was amazing thank you for great night

This is the first time that I'd been to see Jimmy Carr live. He was absolutely brilliant and I would definitely go again.

We'd seen Jimmy Carr twice before at Oxford and come away marvelling at his comic genius. This time, however, we left feeling a bit disappointed. He's undoubtedly at his best when he reels off 90 minutes of cutting one-liners. On this tour (his third in three years) he wasn't at his sharpest (more steak knife than rapier), often seeming to flounder and too often relying on the audience to feed him the lines. Also, his use of pictures became a little clumsy after a while and lost the audience at times. That said, it wasn't all bad. As you'd expect there were a host of classic jokes and sharp put-downs (particularly to hecklers). We just got the feeling that perhaps so many tours in such a short period of time may have left hima little dry and short of material. Thinking of going? Unless you're a die-hard fan, I'd probably wait until the next tour.

If you're easily offended then Jimmy isn't for you.
But if you love non stop joke after joke, then Jimmy is the best stand up artist you will ever come across live on stage.
Its a constant barrage of laugh after laugh, no-one entertains as fast and furiously as Jimmy Carr.
