I have been listening to Hayley's recordings for many years now and this is the first time I have been able to attend one of her concerts, and I was not let down at all.
Hayley has one of the most amazing voices I have ever heard, especially on studio recordings and I was hoping she was just as good live - and she certainly was. Not a note out of place...
As well as looking incredibly beautiful on the night, with a fantastic choice in her dresses, she sang like an angel. Supported by her own band (who were amazing too), she also had the backing of an amazing orchestra. All in which added to the amazing concert and evening.
Hayley's supporting act was fantastic too. A fantastic singer called Gianluca Paganelli - again a proper singer with a fantastic stage presence and voice. He has a new album called Tango out, so go and purchase if you get the chance. *As well as getting Hayley's various albums too of course.
If you like live music, see Hayley in concert. If you like proper singers and musicians, see Hayley in concert. If you like pre-made pop x factor stuff, stay away as you probably won't appreciate it.
In short. Amazing performances. Amazing venue. Amazing night.

Go and see Hayley live. She is always great but there is nothing like seeing our artists live. There was a great variety of songs. It's something when someone can sing a song better than the original... Heathcliff was amazing as was Joni Mitchell. Well done Hayley. Keep coming back and singing to us. Thank you

Absolutely tremendous performance by all, the band the NSO and Gianluca Paganelli, but Hayley herself was totally spellbinding, no gimmicks just came on and sang, and what a singer she is, cant wait to see her again, One of the few singers that is better live than on record, and the records are very good, Good on You Hayley fabulous evening that i will remember for a lifetime, Bournemouth Pavillion is a great setting for a concert like this, pity the seating is a little cramped, but hey who cares when Hayley starts singing, Thanks all for a wonderfull evening,

Rough set list: Do Not Stand At My Grave, Weep,Whispers In A Dream,The Mummers Dance, Amelia Por Amor, My Heart Belongs To You, Songbird, I Dreamed A Dream, Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now and Kate Bush's classic Wuthering Heights. The encore consisted of Sonny from her 2007 album Treasure and the final song of the night was Amazing Grace. I feel Amazing Grace sums up Hayley Westenra, her songs and the ease at which she delivers them to the audience says it all. Hayley is a mere 24 years of age.
I see a very bright future in the music business ahead of this young woman. I believe she is only playing at six venues on this tour. My advice would be, try to get to one of these concerts, if tickets are still available.

What a fantastic evening of pure delight. This lady is SO talented and covered such a wide range of genres that left me in tears more than once. From classical, to rock, she did it all. I loved the singer/songwriter pieces that she did too. Go and see her if you get the chance.

It was great to see Hayley singing so confidently and so beautifully with a full orchestra. She sang a number of songs from her new album but also surprised me with a whole variety of songs from her previous albums. I think this helped to make the concert more interesting. You were never quite sure what was coming next! And the musical arrangements were first class, sometimes with the full orchestra and sometimes stripped down to just a few instruments or even just the piano. Hayley always looks great in the most beautiful dresses and she was in a good mood, chatting away with the audience between songs. Overall, a most beautiful evening.
