I can't really make too much of a bad comment regarding the gig as it was an act of God that left me disappointed. Unfortunately, Dave's wife died so we were only treated to Chas. Not a bad thing really, but it would be nice to have the band offer us free tickets to a future gig to ensure fans can say they've seen them.

Brilliant show yet again. Dave Peacocks wife Sue passed away after a battle with lung cancer on the 4th July but Chas Hodges carried on with the concert/Tour with support to great effect. Well done Chas and Mick, when times only want to bring you down, you carried on Dave will be proud to of you.

I was a little dubious at first when we turned up to a venue full of OAP's. We found our seats and were pleased to find we had front row action. Unfortunately, Dave wasn't there as he had a broken thumb but his replacement Darren knew his stuff.

I never realised what an excellent musician Chas was. The first half concentrated on Rock and Roll and stories from bygone days. This warmed us all up ready for the classic Chas & Dave numbers in the second half.

It was a really good night and Chas stayed behind after to meet people and sign stuff.
