4 days in Edinburgh, very kind city, nice people, quiet accommodation and an amazing experience with rugby, friendly people, safety atmosphere and wonderful weather. It was incredidible to see so much people all together in the street after the match, walking back to Edinburg
Lively the rugby in the Scotland
I'll surely return in Scotland

This was the first rugby match i had been to and the first time i had been to Murrayfield. It was easy to find, well signposted. Murrayfield is a lovely stadium, very clean. I would definately go to an event held there in the future, but probably not in the same area as was right at the top and those steps are a nightmare!!! lol

This was too be the cream on the pudding of 3 months of travel, after South Africa,Egypt,Istanbul,England,Wales,Ireland(Nth&Sth),then on to Edinburgh for the Final before going home to Aussie.

The City was fantastic and the 3 click walk to the ground was great, seating was OK and the game a real arm tug

The real disappointment came when I went to get a beer and food. 10 minutes before halftime and after standing in the 30 mtr line for 30 minutes and then another 10 minutes for a roll, I managed to miss a good portion of the second half,

They really need to look at the serving and money handling process and get a quicker turnover.

The event at Murrayfield was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was great. The access was well planned with easy access to the stadium! Murrayfield is enjoyable with the gimmicks they have during matches, the men that dance when a try is scored adds to the occasion. The only negative was I queued to get a beer at half time and it took 40 minutes. I waited as it wasn't my team and I'd wasted so much time anyway, there was no point in going back but it was terrible organisation... I've been to lots of events and this was by far the worst.

The whole weekend was superb, both sets of fans were a credit to the sport of Rugby Union. The atmosphere was great no matter where we went in the city, from inside one of the many tourist attractions such as the Castle, even up to the the heights of 'Arthurs Seat'. Even the non rugby tourists seemed to enjoy the fun atmosphere in the bars around the city.

Fantastic day, Irish outnumbered the English in my opinion 10-1, Banter was incredible. Great laughs and best of all fabulous Ruggers.

Despite the fact that our team (Munster) didn't make it to the final, a good day out was had by all! The atmosphere was great and we received a good bit of light-hearted banter from the Leinster fans for sporting our Munster tops on the day! Everything was well organised at the stadium. I just wish there were more ladies toilets - the queues were crazy!

superb event for the culmination of the european club season.Wonderful to see English Irish Welsh and French supporters mixing so well. Scots were admirable hosts. Have already booked tickets for Paris 2010.

We've been at most of the Heineken Cup Finals over the last few years and Edinburgh is our preferred choice of location. It gives us the opportunity to stay a few nights, do some sightseeing and enjoy the great local restaurants & pubs. There's little atmosphere at Twickenham because there's very few places to have a drink around the ground so most people just arrive before the match and leave straight afterwards. Cardiff just doesn't have the same capacity to cope with the number of fans and there's not much choice if you want to eat out. The match was closer than most and the only downside was the result - Leicester Tigers came up short at the last hurdle (again).

My weekend in edinburgh was fantastic. This the fifth final that I have been to and every year they get better. Croke Park for the semis was amazing but the final topped that. Edinburgh was blue with Leinster fans there was so much singing in the streets I thought I was in Cardiff.
I've booked my tickets for next year and can't wait.

A must attend game for any rugby union supporter regardless of club!!!
Atmosphere was tremendous and game was not disappointing.
Shame about the poor management of beer tents around the ground. Murrayfield will need to up its game in order to host such a big event again. Millennium Stadium in Cardiff far far better!!!!!
Great day out though and a fab weekend!

This is an annual 'must see' match. Follow the whole competition, then go off to watch the finalists play their hearts out. It doesn't matter if you're not a paid up supporter of either of the teams you will be adopted by your neighbours and you'll soon be screaming along with them as their heroes nearly score impossible tries. Might pay you to be neutral in your outer clothing though or hedge your bets with a selection of both team colours.
Heneken Cup Final ticket is my Christmas present to me!

long long queues to get a drink at the bar. 30 mins wait at least. hopeless.
Not enough public buses to bring fans in the city afterwards. most had to walk.

every year the Heineken cup gets better and better this one with out a doubt was close to one of best games i watched apart from Munster beritz at the millennium stadium in Cardiff
and Scotland is an amazing place to go to watch the rugby
easy to get to as well brill day out it was that good i already got tickets for Paris next year
and i always get my ticket from ticket master thank you

this was my first ever rugby match, i tagged along with my husband and son! and i must admit i will definately be going back to murrayfield again. The venue is great, the seats were great, the atmosphere was brilliant and for all you ladies reading, the toilets were very clean!
