the setting was awesome, the weather beautiful and when russell came on to the stage i was captured into a world of sheer entertainment. the evening just flew by and i absolutely loved every moment of it. i even got a kiss from russell when he came in to the audience, as luckily i was sitting near to the front. a truly perfect evening and one which i definately would like to repeat.

Once again Russell Watson's magic was bestowed upon us at Kenwood on Saturday!
As soon as he mounted the stage the drizzling rain stopped as if on cue.
He proceeded to give us his usual outstanding performance with a mixture of classical and popular songs, including Land of Hope and Glory and Jerusalem which raised the roof!
His vitality and enthusiasm is a message to us all.
Having seen many of his concerts he has yet to give a bad performance-each one ,and this was no exception,is a joy to attend.

We had a wonderful night despite the rain and cold. Russell Watson gave an amazing performance singing a wide range of songs from arias to Elvis. If you have a chance to go to one of the remaining concerts at Kenwood go..................

Russell Watson lived up to his title "The Voice" - his singing was terrific and he chose a wide range of music styles. A good evening despite the cool weather. Russell's performance warmed us all up!

Without sounding corny Russell really does have a amazing voice .
He is so charismatic on stage delighting the audience with his singing, his jokes and his wonderful smile .There is never a support act so it is 2 hours of 20 songs ranging from classical to pop and finishing with encore after encore from a delighted crowd who Russell connects with again and again .
After the final you" raise me up "Russell always seems to leave reluctantly and the audience take their time as well ,hoping he will be back to do more !!

The setting was beautiful and Russell was magnificent. Problems getting home though as Hampstead Tube station was closed when we got there and had a long walk to Beleize ParK! Kenwood really need to look at transport fecilities when a concert is on!

I did not know Russell Watson before been last night in Kenwood House.
But he is very witty and quite charming guy and so wonderful voice!
No wonder there is a lots of fun standing side of stage and admirering him at the nearly end of show, waiting for shake hand or talk directly...
Only pity things is rain, however we cannot change it! This is London Summer Event!!

Despite the cool temperature and the damp weather ( it rained heavily for 45 minutues prior to the concert start time), Russ was in high spirits and did not disappoint the crowds attending the event. His cheeky charm, light hearted banter and amazing voice soon had his adoring fans mesmerised. What a truly outstanding and remarkably talented man he is!! As always his performance was pitch perfect and effortlessly delivered. He performed all the usual favourites including Volare, Nessun dorma, Caruso, You raise me up and Funiculi- finucula.
A truly fantastic evening and a great way for Russ to end this years tour !!

russell was fantastic. the seating was the worst , we were CRAMED together like sardines in a tin - they ought to be ashamed! who ever or other set out and cramed us together like that was not funny at all. WILL NEVER go back there to see a concert.... if i could have got a refund on the night , would have gladly done so. so would have most of the other payers. we were all moaning. we all had to have one arm around my friends because there was no where els to but our arms... descusted...

Russell was as good as he always is - very consistent performer who relates to his audience and has a rapport with them. Each song is performed brilliantly and the variety of songs is well chosen. Sense of sound who were the backing vocals also performed in their own right twice during the evening. They sing unaccompanied and they are definately worth seeing in their own right.
Although the weather wasn't brilliant Audley End is a lovely setting for this kind of evenings entertainment. The fantastic firework display that concludes the evening is a fitting end to a really great performance by all concerned

Russell Watsons performance was unbelievable. He has the range in his voice to sing almost any song. He also looked like he enjoyed the performance himself. My highlight was when he came off stage and wandered around the audience kissing female fans and shaking hands whilst continuing to sing. And of course the setting inside the Palace with all its history made it even more of a spectacle. I wonder what Henry VIII though of it.

The weather looked very inclement, the crowd were very appreciative, Russell was on top form. We enjoyed the evening immensley, can't wait to see him againe. Also the "Picnic in the Park" idea is brilliant, it is much better than being "Cooped" up in a hot theatre. It was so nice to have the room to move around if required. The "Facilities" in the park were very good and easily found.
All in All we can only say WOW !!!!! an unforgettable evening, and the rain kept off, until we got in the car to go home.!!!!

Russell was absolutely fab as he usually is!! He combined classical with pop, musical and Last Night of the Proms plus the Beatles rock music and the Animals blues. The fireworks were great and Audley End organisation is 2nd to none! Even the rain stayed away until we were driving home. Worth every penny thank you!
