We got excellent seats centre stage at the very front and we didn't even book much in advance! The standard of performance was brilliant, we watched it a few years ago and it has improved so much on an already brilliant show. It was a great atmosphere and we had a brilliant time, definately recommend it to anyone!

the performers were excellent and enjoyed every min they were on..but what spoiled it for me personally was the badly dubbed over voices of the presenters dreaded them comin back on.but would not give a bad rating just for that...

Chinese State Circus was truly magnificent!
My 11 year old daughter had a blast.
We all loved the tall unicycles, and the Lion Dance was truly unforgettable. We would highly recommend it to anyone.
The show is so fast and exciting, I wouldn't change a thing. If I could, I would go and watch it again and again and again I loved it so much.
Overall, me and my family had such a wonderful time and I would tell anybody to go.

FANTASTIC ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.
MY PARTNER AND OUR 2 GIRLS, ONE AGED 3, THE OTHER AGED 7 ALL REALLY ENJOYED THE SHOW.
WE ALL ENJOYED DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE SHOW.

it was magical for the adults and the kids. We thought the quality of the show was excellent. My 3 year old son loved the imaginery 'lions' at the beginning of thr show. I was very impressed by the strenght and flexibility of the gymnasts and loved the costumes

We have been to see this circus before and loved it, but this time it was boring. The hall was almost empty, it was freezing and so was the atmosphere. The last time we saw them in Blackburn we were astounded at the tricks and acrobats. This time apart from the men on the vertical poles who also jumped through hoops, the rest was very dull. The show didn't flow, the girl who was Mulan was wooden and it all seemed extremely amateur. All in all we were all VERY disappointed.

Bottom line is that I took my 4 and a half year old granddaughter and she enjoyed herself. The acrobats themselves are fine and worth going to see, though I would have preferred more acrobatics and less kung fu fighting. But overall the experience was not as good as it could have been. The linking story line was hard to follow because the audio quality was poor and there was little atmosphere because the big top was only 25% full. The bad weather can't have helped - but the ticket prices for children are too high - virtually the same as adults. I suspect that if kids had been £10 a head there would have been more people there.

more noise and prancing about than action! very bored wanted to leave after half hour went with 3 children ages 4 to 14 all bored and wanted to leave .waste of money.

it's ok, some of the things they do it's impressive but I found this show being mostly for kids. I ticked I would recommend this event but only for people with children. I booked this show after looking at their web site but unfortunately non of the stands they show there wasn't presented in the show.

excellent show.took my 6 year old daughter who loved it.very colourful.not too long to bore the kids and a very enjoyable afgternoon out.the only down side was the outside toilets,which were freezing!!

I went with my husband and my 2 children and some friends. first problem was the car parking. there is no information on the website nor any signs near the campus. for our luck, we booked the 19:30 show and we find a location where parking is allowed after 6pm. If I chose the 3:30pm show, it would have been a problem especially under this heavy rain.
I can say the seating in the grandstand was v.good.
the performance was not that good. I cannot deny that it needs loads of practice and hard work. but the warriors theme is not very interesting and the same act is repeated many times through the show. the unicycling was excellent. the last bit of carrying such a big load of benches on the head too. otherwise, we expected more acrobatic program than just men hitting the air.

It was -2 outside and we were a bit nervous about going but it was toastie warm inside the tent and there was plenty of hot drinks and hotdogs. The show was great but our favourite bit was the girls on really, really tall unicycles. Incredibly talented and amazing people throughout the show.
