We have been going to the singing kettle for many many years and my son still gets very excited and really enjoys it.
It is part of our Christmas routine to go and see the Christmas show every year.
I don't know where they all get the energy from to do two shows a day!!!!
Keep up the good work.
Many thanks for yet again a very enjoyable show.

The Singing Kettle has done it again, Absolutley fab. Adults and kids loved it. My 18 month danced the whole way through. Even the older kids thought it was excellent. It was nice to see Cilla this year.

My kids always look forward to the Christmas kettle and this year was no different. We had front row seats and the kids were hooked from the first bar of the kettle rhyme. Artie, Cilla, Kevin and Gary were entertaining and the show is always great value for money!

The pyjama party for kids this year was fantastic, Braehead Arena is a great venue to see the singing kettle.
Cilla, Arty, Kevina and Gary were fantastic and even better than last years show. Even Mum enjoyed joining in the actions and shouting 'wakey, wakey'.
Santa came along and everyone enjoyed seeing him at the show.
Well done Singing Kettle, you aim it just right for the kids

My two year old and I went to see the Singing Kettle at Braehead Arena, first time we had been to this venue, which I was very impressed with - especially the amount (and closeness) of the toilets which helped as my son is currently being potty trained. Sweets/drinks were readily available as other venues have sold out of things in the past.
And the Singing Kettle itself, alway entertaining, kids loved the large balloons prior to the show starting, booked again for show in March!!!

Favourite moment: Jingle Bells and Santa arriving - only way kids got to know that Xmas was the theme of the show @

I was extremely disappointed in this years Xmas Party Singing Kettle show. Although my grandkids had a good time I felt there was not enough christmas songs for the children to join in and make it feel like xmas was here. There were none of the usual xmas favourites and the theme was thin and stretched out. Bongo was his usual unfunny self and children around me were getting restless and bored - a first for the Singing kettle in my experience.
Security staff prevented the children dancing out in the aisles or on the floorspace between the teirs and floor seats. Last year the children had a ball dancing and joining in at the venue (why the change). Queueing a huge problem as well as trying to access a toilet.

This was the first time we had been to see a live show. Having watched lolts of the dvds my wee boy who is two and a half was very excited about going. We also took our 12 month old. Our toddler was dumbstruck!! Our baby was not even interested however it was ok because he didn't need to sit quietly.... the show was as good as expected and even my husband has been heard singing some of the songs!!!

I've been to Singing Kettle once as a child and now this was my third time as a parent so I knew what to expect. As they've done for years the Singing Kettle provide THE perfect kids show - with the perfect amount of singing, dancing, audience participation and children's comedy and stories. The costumes are hilarious, the songs are fantastic and every child in the building have a magical time. My daughter is 4 and can't get enough of them.
This particular show was "Christmas Pyjama Party" so it gave the kids an opportunity to dress up in their PJs and santa hats, they all looked adorable. The story was based on waiting for Santa to come, with a giant talking clock stopping the stars from falling asleep, and very funny sketches with sing-and-dance-along songs, including a mental Chef from Aberdeen, Auntie Anne from Govan and other traditional Christmas songs, some of which featuring kids of the audience chosen to act out parts. It ended with a visit from Santa to deliver the presents and collect his mince pies and then snow fell on the delighted kids underneath.
As always the Singing Kettle produce the best kids show there is, with the perfect combination of characters, storylines and fun songs and dance.

i felt there were limited opportunity for the children to sing along. Too many panto sketches I would have prefered it more like the old dvd's where young and old could join in and sing along with good old Scottish songs.

This is the first time we have seen the Singing Kettle live and we were not disappointed!
Both of our children (aged six and two years) loved every second. The songs were catchy and easy to join in with. The set was bright and colourful and caught the children's attention as soon as we arrived. The big balloons which were launched into the audience just before the performance were a great idea and the children loved them! The costumes were great - we particularly liked the fly costume that Cilla wore.
We booked our tickets early and received the early booking discount but even at full price this show would have been a bargain compared to other Christmas shows we have looked at. It was worth every penny and is certainly something we would go to again.
Perhaps the best review of the show is that, 24 hours after seeing it both of the children are still raving about it!
