Went with the husband and we really enjoyed it - especially him, as I like Christy more and have been going to see him for years. The crowd were generally brilliant and singing along in fine voice. I heard afterwards that a few messers came in with their own drink but were eventually asked to leave. I could hear them talking and laughing from a distance so it must have been hard on the people sitting around them. Declan is the straight guy but a fantastic guitarist and a singer in his own right.

Despite owning a few of Chrisy's cd's this was the first time i'd seen him Live and it didn't disappoint. As ever there was good interaction with the audience, offering the second half of the set to requests! Great set list of some old classics and some slow numbers and would go and see him again.

Wonderful,clear as a bell , a joy to be there, wish I'd had the nerve to ask for Bright Blue Rose. Declan was also a joy to hear. I hope to attend a future event in Eire and without a streaming cold. Thank you Christy it was truly a cure.

Great show with great songs. Spoiled a wee bit by the fact that there were no breaks and people had to leave to go to the toilet which was quite distracting

Christy Moore, with his long time colleague Declan Sinnott in support, gave an outstanding 2 hour 20 minute set at the Albert Halls. Christy sounds better than ever and the pair worked very well together both vocally and instrumentally. They were clear relaxed and enjoyed themselves. The off-the-cuff interactions with the audience were amusing and commanding.
Most of the songs were familiar or very familiar to me, a casual Christy Moore fan of long standing, but also nice to hear some less familiar ones from his huge back catalogue.
The audience, a very mixed audience in terns of age group, sang along with great enthusiasm.
This was my first time seeing Christy Moore live and he did not disappoint.

Christy played nearly all our favourites ...and a very appreciative audience danced around one minute then stood and swayed silently to the gentler numbers. The warm and friendly crowd in this, my favourite venue, made it an extra special gig!

As per normal the redoubtable Christy Moore gave us all he had on Friday night for around two and a half hours. I suspect he may have been slightly below par though but didn't let that get in the way.
Also as per normal he was ably accompanied by the fine guitar playing of Declan Sinnot.
Again as per normal there were a few asses in the crowd who wanted to let him know what to play and sing, get a life lads - you know who you are.

Christy was excellent, and the sound quality was superb, a great evening. I'm not convinced about Declan; he added quite a few pleasant twiddly bits and some less pleasant bum notes.
