Having seen the originals over 40 years ago, what struck me first was that we could actually hear and enjoy what they were singing! The sound was terrific and really authentic and excellently re-created on stage, as were the accents and body language etc. You could actually believe that your mind was playing tricks and you were watching the real thing and then, realising of course, that that was impossible, actually appreciating the band and their talents in their own right - and it actually did not detract from the illusion or point of the performance. It was a really FAB evening, full of nostalgia. I loved the way they worked through each of The Beatles' phases and the news-reel accompanying each one. Thinking about it - they have had more practice at being The Beatles over the past 30 years than the band did themsleves - it would appear that time has worked its magic and has developed a very entertaining, class act! They can never replace the real thing which was obviously much more multi-faceted in terms of writing and recording as well etc, but they are a worthy representation. I thoroughly enjoyed the night and would definitely go again to see them.

The Bootleg Beatles are an astonishing act in pretty much every way. As everyone knows, The Beatles are regarded to be the greatest band ever, however whilst many of their contemporaries went on to perform to audiences into the 21st Century, sadly the Beatles stopped performing live by 1966 (with the exception of their Savile Row rooftop gig). So for many fans, seeing them play live was never realised... until now.
The Bootleg Beatles are the closest thing to the real Beatles that you will find. Supported by a string quintet and brass section the BBs were able to perform much of later material with realism and absolute authenticity. Not only do the BBs look like the Beatles, they sound like them. Their harmonies are perfect, their musicianship is excellent and they are also highly entertaining with wry scouse humour. The event was an absolute delight and the closest you're ever likely to get to seeing the greatest band on earth perform live.

I thought this band were fantastic. Well they are now! The new Paul Macartney is such a massive improvement and they were already great with the old one. The sounds and sights are all so well replicated it is amazing. It is easy to imagine them as being the real deal. What a brilliant night.

It was like actually watching The Beatles; all the guys played (and acted) the songs and people so well. The songs were played perfectly. Their orchestra was enthusiastic and added to the whole show. Amazing show overall, everyone should go and see them.

Far too young have seen the original line up, but a great night with great music and a great band. Paul and John were particularly impressive in looks, mannerisms and musical ability. George's solo of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was outstanding. Ringo kept everything in time. I can't wait to Get Back to another gig. On stage for almost 2.5 hours and we could hear every note.

When the show eventually started it blew us away. Only downside was the drunken louts who kept shouting and swearing which spoiled the night slightly. Overall brilliant show.

Went in March 2013 to Derngate Northampton and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the show.
Not only do they sound like the originals, they also bare a really good likeness in looks also. 'Paul's' little comments and jokes were brilliant as was 'John;s'.
The whole evening was brilliant and wouls see them again at the drop of a hat. Long live the Bootleg Beatles

What a fantastic evening's entertainment. Just close your eyes and THE Beatles were right there. The Bootleg Beatles look very accurate too. We actually believe that the probably play better than the originals now.
Their support musicians were excellent too. And they show a great sense of humour.
We travelled from Buckinghamshire to Bournemouth to see them and would do so again without hesitation.
An amazing experience.

My husband and I are a little 'young' for the Beatles era, but thought it would be good to go along to a local Theatre. We had a fantastic night, the band were really good and so were the backing musicians. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole event, will keep an eye out for other acts in our local Theatre. Good value.

A truely rememberable night, we took our two grandsons aged 8 and 14, both Beatles fans, we all had a brilliant nostalgic night, everyone was up dancing and singing, the atmosphere was electric.
One guy commented to us that he had been to see the real beatles twice and couldnt hear a damn thing for the screaming, so it was a pleasure to hear the BOOTLEG BEATLES..
We would certainly go to see them again!
