Favourite moment: Booker's Time is Tight, or Los Lobos' La Bamba. Either. Both. @
Setlist: green onions, soul limbo, time is tight,born under a bad sign and most of "Potato Hole " album for Booker.

Booker T is a legend, a true if underrated great. What a pleasure and a privilege to see him!
From his classics to his most recent material, this performance entranced and excited the audience.
Los Lobos, after some sound problems which made the audience impatient, appeared like a group of dads dressed in the nearest charity shop. But their sound, their energy, their virtuosity won us all round and they were just fantastic.
Two iconic performances in a perfect venue, and all for £20. The best value for money I think I have ever had, The best of Stax, followed by some high energy, rocking good Tex Mex . And thanks to Ticketmaster for letting me know this concert was on.
