Bit disappointed

Well I came away a little disappointed by this I'm afraid. I absolutely love Eddie's humour but just didnt feel it lived up to his previous shows. Bottom line is, it just wasn't as funny. Hasn't put me off him in the slightest but after waiting years to see him it was a bit of a let down. He is still a legend though.

Eddie's stand up is vibrant and sexy without any nastiness or e coli. Wish my buddies could have seen it. (DG too obsessed with self agrandissment).Oh well! Fantastic gig, Hope Nat was there, KEYS??? Loved Eddie since forever. Vickie very happy having seen Eddie ten years apart!

The best thing about Eddie Izzard is how random he is! You're never sure where he's heading with something but you can guarantee it'll make you laugh. Loved the Twitterwall too, fab way to keep the audience entertained while they're waiting. Eddie, you're a genius!!

Eddie Izzard was amazing - as expected. This was one of the best nights I have had in a long time. I laughed until the tears rolled!!! Made even better by getting our seats reallocated to much better ones due to equipment being set up in front of our original seats.
Well recommended.

we went to see eddie izzard in manchester, well he's mad or very clever he starts off on one thing that leads to god knows where and then comes back to the begining, he was just amazing will go and see again with a doubt x x

I thought the story line brought together all the anecdotes along the way. From the start of the universe to the 20th century. It was all new material to me so I found it very refreshing and it made me laugh out loud.

Had the worst seats in the place, had to turn in seats to watch the stage and Eddie was three inches tall, nevertheless it was one of the funniest and most entertaining evenings I have ever spent watching a live performance. There were times when I thought I would have to bite the lady's head in front of me, I was laughing so much. Such a lot of clever references to literature etc.

Eddie Izard provides an amusng take on the theory of evolution v creationism. He takes you into a strange world of miming girrafes, vomiting cows, dogs baking, and the evolution of language, all told in a way which keeps you thinking...hmm imagine that.

Eddie on absolute top form with a basic premise of science vs religion through time. So funny my girlfriend actually had to go to the bathroom to avoid wetting herself. The man is a comic genius and hasn't lost his touch at all despite his many career paths. Get to see him. JAZZ CHICKENS!!!!!

from the moment Eddie Izzard arrived on stage to we he left it was such fun and really made our sunday evening. At one point i was laughing so much i realised i had tears of laughter still on my cheeks.
There was a woman behind us who must of been a even bigger fan due to outfit and the fact that she laughed like the chicken Eddie was talking about in his show minus the trumpet tho.
We cant wait to get the dvd.

Went to see Eddie Izzard at the MEN arena, I've never seen him live before but really like his shows and I was'nt dissapointed!!!!! He commands the stage beautifully, no props, just him, he obviously has a loose adgenda but when he goes off on a ramble its fantastic to see someone with such a colourful and spontaineous mind, I laughed three pairs of socks off! The production was excellent, the venue lends itself very well to that sort of show. All in all, an excellent night!

Having never seen any of Eddie Izzards live work , but always thought he would be interesting to see, we gave it a go.
It took a little time to adjust to his dialogue but once we became accustomed we both found him very funny and most entertaining.
Looking forward to when he tours with a new show again.
