Suicide Silence set was unbelievable and completely stole the show, also the spotlight from As I Lay Dying. Heaven Shall Burn are surely to be in the uk more often after that show as they were giving as much as they got, showing they weren't just a foreign band but a band that knew what they were doing. And finally... As I Lay Dying, Phemononal! Could not believe how great they were. A must see in gigs and atmosphere.

well what can i say :D even though i missed sylosis and half of heaven shall burn since i got to the venue late it was still worth it, suicide silence just pretty much blew me away its nice seeing a band that sound the same live as they do on the CD i think, they could have played a better set in my opinion but still great show guys :D, as for the main event..as i lay dying..words cannot describe :D absolutely insane set, and since it was pretty much all my favourite songs they played it certainly made up for the fact of missing the first band, i definitely reccomend these guys to everyone they put on a really good show for the crowd and, going back to my comment about suicide silence, sound identical live to how they sound on CD, i'll definitely go and see them again :D thanks for one hell of a night guys :D

Sylosis had a few fans there to see them although for the most part the audience was flat throughout there average set. Heaven Shall Burn was a different story, the Audience went into a mass uproar as the band stepped onto the small Stage at the Garage. They played a strong set, with an energetic band and audience. The German band Finished there immense set with singer crowd surfing over the audience. Suicide Silence followed. The increasingly popular American band definitely owned the night with exceptional vocals from Mitch Lucker, the band tore apart everything in there way conducting a circle pit which filled the venue they played in. A band that are definitely going somewhere. As I lay dying were definitely good but whether it was because Suicide Silence were exceptional, around a quarter of their audience had left before they came on or that they were exceptionally late onstage causing them to cut their set short they were lacking something tonight. Something that Suicide Silence and Heaven Shall burn had bucket loads of.

Went to see As i lay dying at the Garage in Glasgow on the 29th November.Missed the first support Sylosis have seen them before,got in just after Heaven Shall Burn started their set they were ok.Suicide Silence were a lot better live than i thought they would be,i only knew the tracks they played on the album The Cleansing.As i lay Dying were on top form but the set was cut short ,no oncore due to the venue being a night club and wanting to get cleaned up.A bit annoyed at this as i travelled 250 mile to the gig in the snow which took 11hrs.Think they need to choose the venue more carefully next time.

this was actual awesome, although the gig ended a tad early, however it was amazing, As I Lay Dying were a grea performance, but they didn't play Within Destruction, Comfort Betrays or Empty Hearts :( and Suicide Silence didn't play The Price of Beauty or Bludgeoned To Death but was still awesome, was worth the wait

this was by far the best gig ive ever been to. as i lay dying were too good live even better than metallica. and heaven shall burn were equally as good live. suicide silence were great too. sylosis had a tough time as the crowd didnt respond but they were awesome too.

Really looking forward to the gig, don't particulary like driving to wolverhampton but always loved going to the wulfrun. Wasn't particulary busy, probably 3/4 full, sound was intially quite bad, but thought it would be the usual headlining band will have amazing sound (don't know why they do that!) but it didn't improve, kick drum and bass were dominating the sound to the point where you couldn't hear anything else, the odd word and guitar riff but thats it and that goes for all the bands. Sets got cut short. All the bands played really well though, had the crowd going. Real shame about the sound though, almost ruins any gig.
On a completely different note, the support act Heaven Shall Burn had 2 massive projectors playing animations throughout there set that worked amazingly well! Never really seen that at a metal gig before (except for the likes of Tool and big bands)

Really I was there for Heaven Shall Burn because they're the only band who were on that night whose stuff I knew, but As I Lay Dying were truly magnificent and I'm definitely now a fan. Weakest part of the night - Suicide Silence. I know they have a big following but they just didn't click for me. Each to their own I guess. If I had one criticism it would be it wasn't long enough. All over by 10.15pm, could easily have stayed another hour! Testament to how good they were though I suppose!

eveything about their set was perfect, their set list was spot on, they were extremely tight as a band and I couldn't fault any of them!
