That was a really good show. I was right at the front as well which made it even better. GZA was rapping right in front of me, then he started rapping in front of my camera when i was recording him and the he tapped my camera with his microphone which was brilliant! After the show he stayed there and signed a lot of accessories the fans gave him. I got his signature on my ticket.

Simply everything that is good about hiphop that gets lost amongst the backdrop of commercial hip-pop. This man makes hiphop transcend cultural pigeonholing and become high quality music full stop.
The rapport with the audience was instant, it was clear that the crowd were their to celebrate a music that had brought them all so much enjoyment. He treated his fans with an enormous amount of respect and intergrity, and delivered his talents as a musician with skill and dedication.
You felt that musically he has developed, but as a performer he was still as true to his NY roots as he was back in his teenage years. I felt like I could have been in brooklyn in the 80s

GZA was trully amaizing last night!! Much better than expected! The venue was brilliant and very intimate. I will definatelly be attending another event at this venue.

First time I managed to get tickets to see a solo live GZA concert ... hopefully won't be long before he announces another concert. He was absolutely phenomenal on stage, performed a good selection of hits from all his albums, performed some of the Wu classics on his own and he even threw in a cover of the ODB.

To his credit, GZA got involved with the crowd. He got up close to the edge of the stage to allow us to shake his hand and take pictures. He invited people to join him on the mic for a line. He cracked a joke or two. Hell, he even got into the crowd and rhymed. And stuck behind after the show for pictures and autographs.
The downside was that most; if not all of the tracks, weren't run from start to finish. GZA seemed to miss lines and words as well. Definitely a shame. Still, not all artists would get so involved with the crowd. I gave him his due, just for that.

Great show whereas GZA connected to the audience and was willing to sign stuff for approx. 30min after the show.
