I was lucky enough to win the ballot with the fanclub so was right at the front. After seeing Queen + Adam lambert on the MTV award I knew the gig would be good , but it blew me away Adam was born to sing queen songs but putting his own stamp on them. , Freddie was a one off so people plse stop comparing the two front men !!!!!

I think Adam has had a real positive effect on Brian and Rodger as they were really into the gig as much as the crowd, i found the night very emotional but loved every second !!!

I hope to see much more of Queen+ Adam lambert in the future.

This was the best concert I have ever been to! I got to the barrier and and enjoyed the whole thing without being squashed to death! The atmosphere was great. I would definitely go again if they decide to do another concert. Adam Lambet was fantastic and really worked the crowd and put his own personality into the songs. He has a great voice and suited Queen's music perfectly. Brian and Roger were as good as they were 20 years ago (according to my mum!) and I was blown away by their performances. It was really great to see Roger's son, Rufus joining in with his Dad on the drums and percussion. I found it was very moving when they incorporated clips of Freddie into some of the set. He may not have been there in person, but certainly wasn't forgotton! All in all it was a thoroughly great evening. Well worth 100 ****** !

I never had the opportunity to see Queen when Freddie was alive, but I have been a big fan since I was old enough to hear my dad's copy of "Day at the Races" and "A Night at the Opera" (on vinyl, of course!) - and so an opportunity to see them was not to be missed!

I heard some people saying "Oh, Lambert's no Freddie, is he?" - well, I agree - but that is what I want. There is only one Freddie, and no one can replace him... so someone trying would seem wrong.

Although I enjoyed Lambert, all the bits I loved were where Brian and Roger were singing/playing without him - Brian's acoustic bit was great!

I loved the whole gig - and will be trying my hardest to get tickets for their next tour, whoever goes after the "+"... it may be Queen "+ Adam Lambert", but for my money, Lambert was not required, nice though he was.... Queen may be getting on, but they still ROCK!!

A great show. Brian, Roger and Adam were outstanding. It was an excellent show.
The show was really Queen back in the 80's.
My only criticism is the setlist could have been from the 80's were they left off.
Freddie and John could have been shown and remembered more in the footage. This was the really Queen in the 70's and 80's.

Forget arenas, this is how Queen (or any band) should be seen. Brian was clearly appreciating looking at all the audience and absorbing the vibes. This reflects in the performance which was much more intimate and dynamic than being detached from an arena audience.
Great sound, well thought out setlist. Broken guitar string and exchange of guitar in one song just adds to that live performance (well, if you will hammer that guitar, you will break it!).
Loved the introduction of a Red Special double neck! Looked really balanced and quite elegant :) Want one.
Only downside was those of us die-hards who queued from the early afternoon (I saw a handful there at 6am when I drove in) were pipped by a hundred (?) or so who joined a "special" queue late in the afternoon. I'm probably getting too old for all this anyway.... ;)

Just fantastic to hear all those songs again,everyone a hit and most of them over
25 years old.
Adam Lambert really steps upto the mark,he is nor trying to be Freddie ,nobody can fill his shoes,but was a worthy understudy,he was really enjoying himself ,a dream come true

What an amazing first night this was. We were completely blown away. The sheer energy going back and forth between band and audience was incredible. I loved how Freddie made appearances here and there to remind us where this music came from, this collaboration of 4 excellent musicians. Adam Lambert did an incredible job in bringing the songs to live once again on stage, never trying to imitate but paying respect to the legacy by being himself up on that stage. What an absolutely brilliant voice he has. Roger and Brian seemed to be immensely enjoying themselves as were the rest of the musicians on that stage. I thought it quite touching that Rufus Taylor was up there with his dad. The lightshow was just beyond

Probably the best concert i have ever been to. Lambert and Queen went together like spaghetti and meatballs - they were electric!

Lambert's finesse and stage presence was fit for his role as Freddie and his vocal range was unbelievable.

Truly a magnificent artist and an amazing concert. The venue, the performance and the act were just perfect.

Went to all 3 shows and had an absolute blast. Queen songs have stood the test of time and they were rejuvenated by being sung by one of the best singers of this generation. Adam Lambert was out of this world brilliant. Not only does he have the range to do the songs justice but his flamboyance and showmanship and respect for the songs add a whole new dimension. It was great seeing Brian and Roger enjoying themselves so immensely. The energy exchange between performers and audience was palpable. It was fantastic hearing the audience sing along to all the tracks

Timeless. Quality. Nostalgia. Friendship.

Queen's music absorbs the audience and takes you on a journey, the liberation of 'I want to break free', the personal dialogue of 'The show must go on' - a kind of magic that will never die.

So glad I went.

Adam Lambert stepped into iconic shoes and held his own, taking Queens music to a new generation.

Adam Lambert and Queen sent fans home on Saturday in awe after 140mins of majestic music and a performance that underlined the inspired decision to recruit Lambert. There is no replacing Freddie but Lambert was born to do this with his amazing vocals and command of the stage. He showed total respect for the band and the music but breathed new life into the songs to the obvious delight of Brian May.
There was the occasional tasteful nod to the legacy of Mercury but Lambert bossed it and there could have few if any Queen fans who had not adopted him into the band. I will be shocked if this show does not go on so if you get the chance, grab it as it is a kind of magic.

Queen are back! I loved Queen's tie up with Paul Rodgers 4 years ago. I didn't think that could be beaten but they have with their new collaboration this time with Adam Lambert in the front man's shoes. He is more in the Freddie groove than Paul but without trying to copy the late great Freddie. The tracks played ranged from Keep Yourself Alive to The Show Must Go On. The band played brilliantly, the lights were excellent and the effects were first class. The 2 hours wizzed by and I left wanting another 2 hours plus more. I hope this mini tour is not the last we see of this new line up.

Drove an 800 mile round trip to see this concert & it was worth every second.

The concert truly was spectacular and left me wanting more! It had me in all kinds of emotions, nearly cried at one point, found myself with a huge smile across my face. Adam's vocals were, as usual, amazing. Need I say anything about the legends that are Brian May and Roger Taylor?! The whole show was stunning and also paid great respect to the late Freddie Mercury. I want to re-live it!!!

As a die-hard Queen Fan for 30 years I was sceptical if this would work, However within the first 5 minutes all doubts had disappeared as Adam has an amazing voice and a theatrical presence that nearly rivals Freddie's. ( I say nearly as I don't believe anyone ever will). The new lighting rig is amazing and the cost so high there must be plans for a further tour.

The atmosphere was electric and the crowd magnificent singing along to all the favourites including some of the vintage songs like Love of my Life and '39.

If you like real music which will rock your socks off then this is the show for you.
