This performance by young talent was outstanding. The main characters were well portrayed and the chorus supported them well. The humour of this show is timeless with every age group in our party rolling with laughter. Sadly a short run means that more people will not be able to enjoy this.

It was a good show with lots of enthusiasm from the young cast. Their relations and friends in the audience were certainly giving them lots of support and encouragement. It was a bit difficult at times to hear some of the dialogue. The big dance numbers were well done, some characters were more believeable than others but the orchestra were execellent. I am sure many of the youngsters will go far.

Absolutely amazing show. So glad I went to see it. A delightful mixture of romantic comedy. Undoubtably, the stars of the show were great. Lynsey McFarlane (Bonnie) and Blair Anderson (Moonface Martin) played off eachother very well. Marc MacKinnon (Sir Evelyn Oakleigh) was also excellent. Lauren Burnett (Reno Sweeny) had a marvelous voice. The backdrop was magnificent.
The production team and make-up arists were very professional.
All in all, there were no faults. The costumes and acting from every cast member were out of this world and I can't wait to see what they produce next year!!
Lastly I'd like to wish all members going on to further their performing arts careers, the very best of luck - I'll see you as big stars in the very near future.

'Anything Goes' - better than a West End show!

Favourite moment: The duet 'All Through the Night' - a difficult song and tricky to do when the singers are separated and not even able to see each other - was perfect! @

I can't recall enjoying a musical so much in ages - this was a professional production where everyone, from the leads to the chorus, were fully committed and gave of their best - the singing was excellent, the dancing was slick and the lines were performed with a freshness which belied their vintage. I laughed out loud at the comedy (unusual for me), savoured the realistic atmosphere and had a wonderful evening.
When I exchanged views with other theatre-goers that evening I received the clear message that everyone else had enjoyed it as much as I had - if the cheers and applause at the end were not evidence enough. One lady said: "I was talking to an American lady who said she had seen the show in London's West End, where the accents had been awful and the show was very poor compared with tonight's one - which had been wonderful!"
The casting of the leads was first-class - they were all superb.

I had never heard of this before, so was not sure what to expect. I got the tickets for me and my friend as it was her birthday. The show was very good, the singing was amazing. The musical is based in the 1940's on a cruise ship. There were lots of funny bits in it to, which was great as it applied to all age groups. The child actors were all very professional and put on a great performance. I would give this show 10 out of ten for enterainment value.

An excellent production considering they only had two week's rehearsals. The casting was very good. The singing and dancing both excellent. Main characters shone throught the performance. What a sparking show the enthusiasm of the whole cast was infectious and the audience was thoroughly entertained. Just magic!
I have attended many performances over the years and this is one of the best amateur productions I have seen. Well done to all involved, it was better than some professional shows that I've been to.

Wow what a fantastic show. Marc MacKinnon was superb as Sir Evelyn Oakleigh he stole the show and at only 15years old he has a great future ahead of him. Blair Anderson was excellent as Moonface Martin, in fact the whole cast were great. i haven't enjoyed a show as much for a long time . Well Done to them all.

Excellent show, full of energy, colour and kids had an absolute ball on that stage. Some of the dialogue was missed due to the southern brawl but story was told very well. Would certainly recommend it to others.

We went to see Anything Goes only because our son is in school with a few of the members of the chorus and, to be honest, we didn't have high expectations. So we were completely bowled over by the exceptional quality of this production. From the sets, costumes, music and choreography to the lavish production numbers and extraordinarily talented leading actors, Anything Goes was in many ways far more engaging than much of what we've seen in London, New York and Edinburgh recently. The jokes were timed beautifully; every cast member, whether performing in the front row or at the rear, seemed confident, enthusiastic, and 100% involved. And for me, an American, it was especially refreshing to hear the variety of very well put-on U.S. accents! All told, this was one of the most enjoyable evenings at the theatre we've had in ages.
