Jon Cleary gave a Masterclass performance at the Jazz Cafe on 31st May 2009. In both his singing and amazing piano playing technique. I would recommend anyone to see this extraordinary performer live whenever he's in a venue near you!.

I've never seen Jon Cleary solo before - only with the Monster Gentlemen and Taj Mahal. But he didn't need the rest - brilliant, entertaining, totally captivating - boy, can that boy play a piano! And the sound was good too - well done Jazz Cafe!
