Alicia was absolutely amazing!! I always knew she had a wonderful voice and was beautiful, but hearing her live and seeing her live was different. I experienced the power of her voice, and each note was sung with so much passion, with so much soul, and so much trust and belief in each word, that it brought tears to my eyes. The songs themselves are powerful, but Alicia's voice just blew me away.

Alicia's face is just so kind, so peaceful and so positive. The decorations and lighting were also amazing, but to tell you the truth, even if she just stood there singing or sat at her piano singing, everyone would have loved it anyways. But Alicia really made an amazing show out of her performance.

She also played some of her classics that I didn't expect her to sing, and judging by the publics' reaction, these were just as popular as the songs from her new album!

I have had the pleasure of seeing Alicia Keys 5 times and this was by far the very best performance I have ever seen. A truly talented individual with an awesome voice, 90 minutes of singing with no backing band and at times brought me to tears. An incrediable musician at this incredible venue, I did not think it would be an intimate setting but it was amazing the candles on the stage (I was seated in the fith row in the stalls) her husband in the audience and when she walked on stage it was as if I could touch her. Worth every penny and more for this outstanding performance - I would see her at this venue again - without a second thought.

went to see alicia at the royal albert hall london and it was very special for us fans as she sang her heart out to celebrate ten years of alicia keys what an amazing night it was from classics from fallin, a wmoans worth and no one and the amazing ney york anthem empire state if mind part 2!
will defo be waiting to book for alicia keys again!!!!!
worth every penny p.s she dint even have backing singers thats how good she is you dont see beyonce doing that sitting on a piano with out backing singers !!!

This has to one of the best concerts I have ever been to. Alicia Keys is an amazing singer/pianist. The venue was fantastic, great acoustics. Alicia interacted wonderfully with the audience making the whole concert very intimate. A truly unforgettable evening, well worth the journey from North Wales!

Alicia has indisputable great talent, but her singing was very poor - very off key on many songs, as if she had not rehearsed sufficiently to be heard without the help of backing singers and other musicians.

Simple, lovely stage and a fab piano to look at, but this sadly did not sound as melodic as expected. Alicia will need to raise the standards for this type of concerts. Many around us also seemed unimpressed by the vocals, prompting one recording professional leave his seat half way through the concert.

Alfter all the media hype and sky high ticket prices, we expected a more memorable evening.

It was a memorable night for both me and my girlfriend. Seen Alica before at the O2, but this was a very different concert, far more intimate evening. We both agreed it exceeded all our expectations. Brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The concert was set in the incredible Royal Albert Hall. We were treated to a run through of Song in A Minor, songs by some of Alicia's influences such as Marvin Gaye, and then all the hits from her later albums including 'If I Ain't Got You' and 'Empire State of Mind'.

It was just Alicia and her piano - no backing singers or band. Her vocals were stunning and of course she has mastered the piano! Having seen Alicia twice before at the o2, I would say this was the best of them all!

Not sure what to expect as it was Alicia on her own but what a night. She played a solid set without a break and it was great to hear all the songs with a different slight being that it was just her amazing voice and piano.

One lady, one piano and nothing else but exceptional talent. The music was fantastic and Alicia played not only her songs but also those that influenced her along the way. The whole event was just so cool.

This lady is superb. She is so talented as a pianist and a singer and songwriter. This was a performance with just Alicia Keys and her piano - no backing band or any other musicians. She played and sang her heart out for about 2 hours. What a pianist - beautiful! Puts other "artists" to shade. Such a lady who talked about her influences, played a good medly of other artists songs as well as many of her own hits and lesser known songs. Altogether it was one of the best performances of a musician. The setting - the Royal Albert Hall, was an inspired venue for her to play. Such fantastic sound around the hall and no need for glitzy fireworks.The candles on the stage, simple lighting and Alicia on her piano made an altogether unforgettable night. Thankyou Alicia Keys. I would definitely see her again.

This was the first time I went to see Alicia Keys and I was amazed how she sounded whilst performing. There are not many artists, who sound the same on the album as well as live. I've got to say in her case she actually sounded even better. She's absolutely amazing; performing without any support from the backing singers, just her and the piano. It was a very special night and I am glad I was part of it.

Firstly thanks to her for playing longer than allocated but i would have wished she would hav started a bit earlier than 930 as it was a bit of a wait from 730 when i thought she was on.

She is so talent and beautiful it was a shame we couldnt see. We were in block h so right near the stage but he piano was fixed so he back to us the whole time and the screens projecting her were too high up an obscured by all the lighting rigging so despite buying great seats didn't have the visual experience I was hoping for.

Recommend another screen at the opposite end of hall, lower screens and piano on a circle that can rotate half way through.

Her a piano and candles however was very special and an experience I'm delighted to have attended.
