I attended the PACKED venue, to see the queen Jill Scott perform!
From when she stepped out gracefully onto the stage, accompanied by her amazing band which involved two drummers, 3 male back up singers and they had us rocking for a good 2hours.
Jill Scott exudes positivity, godliness and love, she had everyone smiling and dancing, I even found myself speaking to the strangers around me and having a great time!

I would DEFINITELY go again to see her perform what a great night

Jill Scott - What a night, best concert ever; I thought nothing could beat seeing Janet Jackson, as sweet as Janet was, but Jill Scott left a feeling of pure love in the air. After the concert people were smiling at you, talking to you, she left a great feeling in the room.
Jill your voice was flawless, you looked great as usual, so lovely, so beautiful inside and out.
God willing, I will be at the front singing along and chilling with Jill again... even though my feet were dead at the end of it... LOL

Im a big fan but never had the chance to see Ms Scott perform live before. She didn't disappoint. A VERY polished performance. She went through her albums in no particular order but every track she performed was a total winner. The audience were ready for a good time and she delivered in fine style. Unusually, she had all male backing line-up and they were very good. The band were sharp, well rehearsed in totally n-sinc with her. With an artist of her calibre, I imagined that the show would be very well attended and it was. We were forced to stay at the back of the ground floor, beside the bar, and as a result, we were pretty far away from her. As a result, my only complaint would be that for a venue that size, they could do with a few screens around the auditorium.......

She looked fantastic and started with a rockin track and kept us all entertained throughout taking us up and down on a wonderful journey. Jill Scott left me wanting MORE and I will be seeking her new material...........GOLDEN !!!

I thought I was listening to a studio soundtrack so perfect were her vocals! She was absolutely golden, delicious and as luscious as a piece of finest Godiva Chocolate!!!! The repetoire was intimate, all knowing and well selected! The quality of her muscians made me realise that she is a true artist for she is about her craft, her music! Absolutely brilliant, worth every penny spent for the ticket!

Bought my sister and I tickets for her birthday. Best gig we have ever been to. Jill Scott has the most incredible voice and aura. She captivated the entire audience with what she said and what she sang. Even more amazing was the way the audience sang along so well to all the songs. My sister absolutely loved it as well and we had the whole bus singing 'The Way' on the way back to Camberwell. WOW - an unforgettable night!

I thought this was the best gig my wife &i have been to with Jill scott, we have seen her at 3 different venues now & I think she was at her best this time. She is an extraordinary talent. Can't wait till she returns for another.

Jill was everything I thought she would be.

Her vocal performance was as great as on her recordings. She really knows how to work a crowd and looked fantastically sexy. Great song selection ensured there was nothing I felt was missing. Some sublime performance poetry plus the bonus of TWO encores left me feeling I got MORE than my money's worth. I only wished I had bought my best mate a ticket as he would have been in heaven. That will never happen again, I can't wait until she returns.

The queue outside was way to long but it was worth the wait. Jill came on at 9 at expected and blew the roof off. I do not often see artists live as it usually a disappointment but Jill always brings something different and entertaining. She interacted with the crowd, did some songs from her first album as well as recent material. She was simply great - just wish we were seated instead of standing.

Jill Scott did not have a supporting act, just a DJ who was pretty bad. Mercifully we arrived just 20 minutes before she came on stage.
The concert was amazing. All of the songs from her albums, particularly the first "Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1" were performed, note perfect.
She chatted to the audience and had people up out of their seats dancing and singing along.
Towards the end she played and toyed with her voice, treating us to an operatic Spanish style version of He Loves Me. Spellbinding!
Two encores; wonderful.

Jill gave a good show l've seen her 3 times now, but the show in Manchester was by far the best that l've seen her do her thing! No gimmicks just pure live instrumentation with no Diva like antics pure class!
