Had a fantastic time tonight, John Barrowman was amazing as was the rest of the cast,but Jeanette Krankie stole the show, she was absoloutely amazing...It's been a long time since I've seen the Krankies, but they've still got it. Highly recommended, we laughed the whole way through. The 3D effects were great!

I originally went to see this show because John Barrowman was in it, but was pleasantly surprised with the talent and genuine comedy from the other members of the show. I felt like I was emerged into the show and couldn't stop laughing.
I went to see it on Christmas Eve with my friend and her daughter and we enjoyed it soo much we bought tickets the final night.

I went with my husband, 2 kids and grandparents and EVERYONE enjoyed the show. Amazingly funny - John Barrowman is a 100% all round entertainer and his interaction with the Krankies was incredible. An amazing show and we will definitely be back next year.

A great show in every way. John really camps it up, and the Krankies were absolutely brilliant.The cast successfully aimed the show at the Scottish audience.
The 3D effects were the icing on the cake......and very effective.
If it's still on , then go see. You won't be disappointed.

Aladdin was well worth the journey from Manchester. The cast were all excellent - especially John Barrowman, and the special effects were amazing.

We went to see the above panto on Sun. 9th Jan. 2011. From beginning to end it was marvellous. The costumes, scenery and 3D effects were spectacular.
J. Barrowman, The Krankies and supporting artists and dancers were first class.
John Barrowman is an all round entertainer and we would certainly go to see him in any shows in the future if he comes back to Glasgow.

Aladdin was super, the combination of John Barrowman and the krankies a hoot. especially when john spoke in the glasgow patter.

The only drawback was from the children with the light sticks and swords waving from side to side was annoying, leading to a headache by the end of the evening.

The bits with the glasses on was fantastic.

The interaction between John and the Swankies was superb. The 3d periods were quite exciting for me as I had not experienced this before.
The Swankies were very funny and brought about a great deal of laughter.
My wife and I thought that the whole cast were very good indeed.
One slight criticism is the use of "Clyde Auditorium." Being strangers to Glasgow, we asked a number of people (Local) where this place was and no one , repeat no one, knew where it was, athough, some did suggest that it could be the SECC, which, of course, it was.

This was a no expense - spared production with wonderful costumes & scenery, the high point being the amazing 3D scenes. What a wonderful experience they provided!
The Krankies, as ever, were priceless and the impersonations done by Janette of Ozzie Osbourne & Subo were extremely funny & very well done.
John Barrowman displayed his wonderful voice to the full and the songs were upbeat, modern and thoroughly enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great evening of escapism but my one criticism was that it was completely unnecessary for the audience to be constantly reminded, via the comedy lines, of John Barrowman's sexuality. Surely this is irrelevant within a pantomime setting. For someone as talented as John Barrowman, it did him no favours.

Booked last minute tickets to see Aladdin at the Clyde auditorium on thurs and soooooo glad I did! Has to be the best panto I've ever seen! Absolutely brilliant. Side splitting humour from John barrowman and the krankies...hope they get together again next year! The 3d was an added special effect which worked great. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable show. Welldone to all cast and crew...you did a great job!

Go to a panto every year. This year went to see John Barrowman as my kids are big fans. Had a fantastic time, The Krankies were my sons favourite and he laughed throughout the show. Have booked again for next year. Ice cream a little pricey though.

John Barrowman and the whole cast were simply brilliant. I laughed so much that tears were streaming down my face. The Krankies were hilarious , everyone was ad libbing and janette was so quick with her comebacks any sharper and she would cut herself. A truly magical panto with fab 3d effects and fun for the entire family irrespective of age. A must see!
