This is my second viewing of this amazing production, my first time being 10 years ago. The tickets were purchased as a birthday present for my husband. I enjoyed my second viewing equally as much as my first. I would highly recommend it to any one who even slightly enjoys the power of music.

You've heard most of it before, great set, excellent effects Blah blah blah. True the lead players are something else. From the production point of view the only issue i had was that some of the scores from the "rest" of the crew were not clear to listen to and took vast amounts of concentration to pick out even half the words, especially when upto 3 different singers are going for it at the same time, supposidly singing songs that contain some level of comic value, so hearing the detail is important.
My other issue is what the theatre describes as resticted view seats. My own seat (Royal Circle, LH side) could view all but the very front LH side of the stage and as such was described as unrestricted. Somehow thay managed to perform so much of the show in that small area of unviewablw stage i was often left with a strained neck guessing what was happening. Given that this show uses every inch of the stage at some point, and every foot between stage level and the very ceiling of the theatre, it would be more accurate for the theatre to describe almost every seat that is off center and / or more than a few rows back as "restricted view". Still a very enjoyable night and would would go again should time / money and the right seat be available.

Having been to see Love Never Dies and been disappointed, we revisited Phantom. We were not disappointed. The haunting music, fabulous costumes, drama and suspense were still captivating.

Great show, kind of goes without saying.
My only complaint is the number of idiots that keep deciding to talk to each other throughout the show. Why are some people so inconsiderate??

What a performance, as soon as that music fired up, my spine was tingling.
Nothing wrong with the performance on the stage - although the woman sat next to me singing along was annoying lol.
If you go i highly recommend the stalls or royal circle - i was in the grand circle and even 3 rows from the front was still difficult to see parts of the stage, so go for the lower floors.

Absolutely brilliant, did not disappoint at all, just mesmerising. First time we have been to Phantom so have nothing to compare it to except film version, but it was just awesome, thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Theatre was much smaller than I expected, but this made it feel more personal, the sets are impressive and just so full of atmostphere. Loved it!!

the musical "phantom of the Opera" is great!!
my seat is in middle of Stalls, so a bit difficult to see all stage.
I think the front seats in royal circus or upper circus are more better.

I've seen this show 3 times now and each time it gets better and better. Andrew Lloyd Webber's score is by far his best, if not the best being played in the West End at the moment. The costumes, scenery and special effects are stunning. The music is haunting and lush with excellent songs. If you like sophisticated theatre then you will love this show.

This is my third time watching this musical albeit in different locations previously. But the music is just so haunting and beautiful. While some of the singers are not fantastic, the guy playing the Phantom did a great job!

Bought tickets for my mum and me as a christmas present. This was a brilliant show and I was mesmerised throughout. I did not fidget in my seat once! (apart from when the shot was fired and i nearly jumped out of it)
Make up, costumes, cast and scenery were amazing.
I left the theatre feeling I wanted to see it again.

This musical was brilliant. The set the costumes everything was immaculate and very well executed everything you would expect from a west end show. If you happen to be in restricted viewing can miss some of the ballet dancers
