I have always loved the film but never seen it in the theatre before, i thought it would be good but it was more then i ever could of imagined!
The thing that stood out the most was how AMAZING the phantom was!! He sung every song with emotion and you were made to share his pain and heartache!
I was sat front row and the effect of the chandelier falling and the phantom crying above us were breathtaking!
The two theatre managers were a great act together and added some light hearted comedy to the show.
An absolutely fantastic night never to be forgotten!!

This is the second time we've seen this play and it was as fantastic the second time as the first. We would certainly recommend sitting in the Royal circle or possible Grand circle opposed to the stalls as you see more of the special effects, some of which you miss in the stalls and can see the stage as a whole which brings it all together.

I took my mum to see Phantom of the Opera knowing it would be good but I was little prepared for how magical the performance was. The venue was exactly as it should be in the context of the story and the effects were amazing.
With the standard of vocals required for Phantom, there is no room for any weak performances and I was not disappointed. Everyone deserved the ovation they got.
The orchestra were fantastic . The actor playing Rauel was indisposed at the halfway point but the understudy stepped in and it made no difference that the role was played by two actors. Its a testiment to the talent of all involved. The actor playing The Phantom was quite simply brilliant. I defy anyone not to shed a tear in the finale scene. If you haven't already seen this, go see it.....Its an experience to be remembered!

This was my 20th (!) visit - the first was with Michael Crawford who has to be the ultimate Phantom. This show is still as magical as the first time I went and am looking forward to a Phantom weekend - POTO on a Friday and Love Never Dies on the Saturday.

What an amazing show! Firstly the theatre was so beautiful. It is an old theatre and therefore the ideal place to stage the Phantom Of The Opera. You could really believe that this theatre could really be haunted and that as the audience you were part of the show. The cast were just fantastic. Unbelieveable vocals, staging and costumes. We enjoyed it from start to finish. We gave the cast a standing ovation - they were great!. My only disappointment was that it was over so quickly, we could have sat there all day listening to them sing. We would definetly recommend it to friends and would love to go and see it again.

We had quite cheap tickets but the seats were brilliant, we were smack bang in the middle of the front row on the balcony, view was obscured a little but not enough to make a difference. I got chills when Christine sang remember me, truly amazing.

I was amazed with the whole experience. The costumes were amazing. The scenes were tremendous and the singing was jaw dropingly excellent - how did they reach those notes? The whole atmosphere was spine tingling, with the boat scene the most incredible. worth every penny and congratulations to all actors and production staff, a truly amazing show.

I saw the shorter version of Phantom in Las Vegas two years ago so I thought I knew what to expect, the London version was mesmerising. I went with my daughter for her 21st birthday and all I can say is neither one of us will forget it. The singing, the costumes, the acting, the special effects all simply fantastic!!

This was my second time, this year alone, that I watched this absolutely spectacular musical. Since my young age I have listened to the musical at home and have always wanted to watch it when I came to the UK. And now that I have, I just fell in love with it. It has the best vocals I have ever heard and the most incredible music composition. I recommend it anyone.. do not miss the opportunity to watch this masterpiece!
