This was a very good show. I have been going every year since the age of 7 (many years ago!) and I absolutely loved this one. It was one of the most amazing yet.

THE ice show was another hit this year.we uauaslly go after xmas but this year it was a treat.before going in December . I took my granddaughter and her friend they thought it was fabulous , the whole show surpassed all exceptiuons. look forwaqrd to the next show.

Thoroughly enjoyed the show - not what you expect - the lady talking is a bit annoying but at least explains why the ice skaters are doing what they are doing except the italian bit which was very odd.....didnt fit the show at all. The free style dancing above the ice skaters is a waste of time the whole idea of the show is to see the skaters!
Most skating with out props i have seen over the past 7 years.
However thought it was expensive for the length of show 45mins show 20 min break 45mins show........

The skating as usual was thrilling and awesome. Motorbikes on ice, wonderful finale.
Costumes excellent.
Music was good, although with some of the faster routines I would have liked more rock and roll style.

We have been attending the ice show at Brighton for the last five years and after last year, we vowed not to go again. However, we did and we are so glad we did as it was brilliant. The pace of the show lived up to its name in everyway. The cast were interactive and this created a great atmosphere. The skater were of a high standard and the fusion of dance, ice and acrobatic stunts were fantastic...If you have a chance to go..then add it on the list...

This show was an amazing experience to watch. It almost had a circus quality about it, dangerous stunts, fire, motorbikes, acrobats. It was a much better arrangement than the previous years show (January 2012). It was much enjoyed by the family.

I was excited at the prospect of an Ice show called Speed! Maybe a little rsearch would have informed me better. I was disapointed by the fact this show despite being name Speed is not really high action, High Octane. However the ice skaters are very very talented and amazing at what they do, im afraid this was nothing more then Dancing on Ice for me and i was a little bored. My partner loved it!

We went to see Holiday on Ice on Sunday 25th November @ brighton and it was absolutely fantastic. It was none stop from start to finish the skating, dancing and acrobatics was all equally amazing, but I have to say the couple who partnered each other were absolutely brilliant and just fantastic to watch. I would have no hesitation in recommending any one to go and see it, overall a really great show throroughly enjoyed it and will definately go again next year.

Although my gentleman friend and myself are 70+, neither of us had seen an ice show before. We went pretty well on the spur of the moment following the excellent review written by Charles Spencer in the Daily Telegraph of when he saw the show in Exeter.
We were certainly not disappointed. It was an enthusiastic, colourful, energetic show. We enjoyed the graceful and elegant skating and also the 'speed' skating. And some lovely music.
A thoroughly pleasant way to spend a very wet Sunday afternoon.

Took my mother in law and 11 year old daughter, both of whom really enjoyed it. Lots of variety in the show and my daughter thought it easily exceeded her expectations. Car parking ridiculously pricey at £18 for 3 hours & 10 mins

My friend and I travel to Brighton from Norfolk to see the Holiday on Ice shows every year and as yet have never been disappointed. This year the show was much shorter, the tickets were more expensive and not so many performances to choose from. We always try to go for front row seats, we were priced out of the market for south side rinkside seats so were advised to go for east stalls row A. We were pleased with the position until the show started, the rinkside lights opposite dazzled us for a great deal of the time and also the light on our right half way up the stands, this light particularly dazzled us when watching the performers on the wheel, it was almost impossible to see what was going on. The skaters were as usual, brilliant, the production was a little disappointing but still very good. The costumes were excellent. Overall not quite up to the excellent standards we have come to expect from this company..

I returned to the ice show with grandparents having not been with them for about 15 years. If you never went to this show in the early 90s this show will be fine, but dont go expecting what it used to be like then. If you go with no expectations you will enjoy it but for us it was no where near as good as it used to be.
Speed...? there was lots of timely intervals merely filled in by one of the skaters skating back and forth across the ice, to a piece of music. Yes thats lovely but we know they can skate and the songs really had nothing to do with the show. Previously there was a lot more skaters and hence there was always something to keep you entertained.
Best part of the show? The circus side show, but I didnt pay £30 for Holiday on Ice to watch a 5-10 minute circus act.
Finally if you buy the cheapest tickets you are likely to get a better seat anyway due to only about 1/3 of the place having sold out. areas were shut off and people told to sit where they liked further down the balcony.
