I went with my wife who is a big fan of these Lancashire folk legends.
It was a lovely pleasant evening and everyone had a great time, its nice just to sit and listen and also have a great laugh.
Smashing local tunes like Rawtenstall Annual Fair were interspersed with great jokes that had the audience laughing.
I'd recommend anyone to see the Houghton Weavers especially at Christmas if you want to get into the festive peace to all men spirit....

houghton weavers are fantastic musicians good arrangement of tunes perfectly performed also great sense of humour. A fantastic night out.

The group even sang happy birthday and played a song for my mum!!!! They make the whole thing such a warm, friendly and personal affair. On top of that, Steve's really cute!!!

This show was a birthday gift for my 80 year old father-in-law but there was something for everybody in it. Enjoyed by all and the venue was superb.

Well, I only went to this to fill in for my step-dad after buying tickets for my mum for her birthday.

I expected to be bored... No Way!

I loved it, these guys are real entertainers, with great music and great voices. Cute too!

Another absolutely fantastic night's entertainment from the Houghton Weavers, along with their guest for this years's christmas tour Peter Frampton, a brilliant musician who used to be in the 80's country band Poacher.
I would highly recommend this show to anybody, great entertainment for all the family.
