This band have been going for 40 years, have over 28 albums & have still got it!! Packed the roundhouse in Camden on the first gig in thei tour. I watched fans faces as well as well ad the band & boy were they wowed!!
Steve Miller is still pitch perfect & still makes his guitar sing. They did the hits we knew like, fly like an eagle & abracadabra as well as the odd new. one. Slight twists on the arrangements of the old ones, but still the ones we love. Brilliant harmonies.
I saw them at the Albert Hall last year too, better venue and it was all seated. Being vertically challenged meant I had to stand on tiptoe for most of the gig or peer between people's shoulders at the roundhouse, but was nearer the stage. Seating is better. I drove from Wales to London on both occassions & would do it again! I also detected other languages in the audience so they still have a wide following.

A two-hour set of mainly greatest hits, played superbly at a great venue.
Steve's voice is still strong and his guitar playing succint and tasteful.
It was a treat to see this legend in such an intimate venue.

Totally different show from 2 years ago at the RAH,i thought the sound was more raw.This time Steve played his hits interspersed with older album tracks as opposed to tracks from Bingo,an acoustic solo part was also added which included Wild Mountain Honey,Gangster Of Love,Dance Dance Dance and The Window.The guitar playing was superb as usual.
