Granny, Mother, Sisters and Grandaughters all went to see the show, as very young children we were brought up on Kenny Rogers, when he sang the gambler my family were all off their seats singing along. I never thought that I would ever see him live far less my daughter, all 5 generations loved him, my daughter is the teenager now and she has been brought up with his music, so hopefully he will live on in the future generations of my family. Carry on my dads legacy of country music.

We all loved it, fantastic entertainment. Come Back Kenny !!!

A legend live on stage

I grew up with his music and his songs as a teenager...and would never imagined that I would be able to actually see him live on stage.. What a concert!!!

I will have to agree with some other people's reviews, that his voice at points didn't hit high notes but hey..that's Kenny Rogers..a legend on stage who gave himself 100% on the concert..a bit frail I have to admit but that was all.

His spirit was very high, his humour sharp and witty and his voice as soft and melodic as ever.....and what to say when he started singing all his big hits: 'Lady', 'Coward of the county', 'We got tonight' and so many others the whole audience went crazy...couldn't stop singing along and clapping and cheering....

An unforgettable evening and concert...I wish I could have the chance to see him again

Kenny surprised me by his slim line appearence and looked his age but his voice was almost as good as ever , i don't think he quite managed to hit a few notes but covered it so well that it didn't spoil it . as stated there just wasn't enough of him although the excellent support act in Billie Dean did take away any real disappointment.

Country Legend Kenny Rogers returned to Dublin last night to preform his set-list of hits in a short show, padded out by support from popular American country singer Billy Dean. Dean also an actor has appeared with Kenny's favourite duet partner Dolly Parton in the film "Blue Valley Songbird." The show probably streamlined for Kenny's usual schedule of casino dates, which many vintage singing stars preform in the USA, where the shows must not last for more than 90 mins. The sound was not good at last night's show, as you could not hear him at times, but it was great to see him preform his classic hits.

Having recently started to get into listening to country music, I couldn't miss this chance to see a country legend perform live at a venue which wasn't the O2. I booked to go with a real country fan who couldn't go at the last minute and so went with her daughter instead who wasn't sure if she would enjoy it or not.

We knew his more familiar songs such as Coward of the Country and Lucille etc but not many, but it didn't matter as it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and highly recommend it.

From the very start, this concert was way beyond expectations, the support act warmed up the crowd and as soon as Kenny Rodgers walked onto the stage the crowd gave him an amazing welcome. Kenny was very interactive with the audience, talking to them throughout the show and basically a real showman, he sang all the favourites with a few new songs thrown in for good measure. I went along to the concert not expecting much but view totally changed, bought CD before leaving the auditorium and have been recommending the show to everyone since. Kenny Rodgers was oneof the best shows I have been to for ages, would have went back the following night given half the chance.

OK. So the guy is over seventy and at times it showed, but you know what? He was still AMAZING. Charming and eloquent, he had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand. I'm not a Kenny superfan, having come fairly late to his songbook but he could teach a lot of the younger musicians how to work a crowd. No messing, hit after hit, and some funny and touching banter with the crowd. No doubt, he's done it all before, but I laughed and cried and sang my heart out and you can't get better than that.

Wow. What a professional. I booked to see Kenny as a suprise birthday present for my husband. To tell the truth i was not looking forward to the show. Boy was i wrong. Kenny still has it. I sang and loved every song sung so well. Kenny, you really connect with the audience.We loved the ten dollar stunt with the B rated fan in the front row. You never paid me but i am now an A rated fan. Love ya xxx

A truly great show from begining to end .A legend in his own lifetime ,a man who my family and I have admired not only as a world renown country singer but also as an accomplished actor .He had a very warm personality, and was a great singer even now in his 'twilight' years.

Based on the quality of his voice Kenny Rogers still has the ability to draw the crowds and the show was memorable for his interaction which the audience. His devoted fans obviously adored this. He sang all his hit songs which were well received

On a value for money basis his time on stage [ 77 minutes ] was less than I would have expected. It would have been more acceptable for his show to be approx 100 minutes long with an interval in the middle so he could rest for a final grandstand finish.

My party of friends left the show at 9.45 pm feeling we could have been entertained for a little longer.

Kenny sang really well but we couldn't always hear for so-called fans cheering and singing during performance, also talking. He tried to stop them several times, without success. We thought that his performance was quite short for what we paid. Also there was a big block of empty seats for some reason, maybe they were overpriced? We travelled for four and a half hours to see the show, by coach, and had to stay overnight so it was quite expensive overall, worth it though.

I took my friend, who isn't a big country music fan. We both throughly enjoyed it. We had a good sing along to all the well known songs and enjoyed the light banter Kenny had with the audience. He doen't disappoint each time just gets better as he matures. Love, love, loved it.

Kenny is showing his age a little and it is clearly no walk in the park for him to perform.
He delivered a fantasic evening full of laughter & tears. Very memorable.

I could have sat for another hour - or more!
