Favourite moment: Juan Luis asking where the members of the audience were from - the entire Latin world of London seemed to be at Apollo that night! @

Fantastic night with the Maestro performing all his greatest hits to a very appreciative audience. The entire Appolo was up at the first song and did not sit down for the rest of the show. And for most of his the best know bachatas - well, Guerra couldn't even sing them - the audience mostly did it for him!

440 were on top form - the drums solos were amasing by themselves. The support sang and danced with the same level of enthusiam throughout the show. As did Guerra! No voice saving there.

The only negatives where being over 1.5 hours late than what's been advertised on the schedule (surely the Apollo have doen it before!) and the stickiest floor encountered ever - it was like treading on trickle syrup! But this did little to hinder the enjoyment of the show when it came.

It was barely an hour and he was waving goodnight then came back on for a further two songs and that was it.
There's no doubting his talent but I think a little more of a floor show would have been nice.

singer is an old pro, has one of the best latin bands ever assembled... venue is big and great for this type of concert... but the sound system is really bad. especially considering the £40 standing tkts.... I have seen better systems in Sri Lanka, South Africa and Uruguay... one expects more from the Frist world.
So a fun experience, but the venue is terrible, I could barely hear the sound of the orchestra, and at times even the singer... plus it was mgnified with too much tremble. will avoid Hammesmith Apollo if at all possible

The concert was very good, all that we expected. We had seen him previously in the late 80s and it is still impressive. One of the best artists in that genre.
Unfortunately the only let down was the sound quality: it wasn't as good as it could have been - sound engineers didn't set up the venue properly and some instruments couldn't be heard, at times even his voice got lost; the sound volume was generally too high.

He played all his classic songs! Had the crowd buzzing and singing throughout the whole concert!! What a night!!
Cant wait to see him again next time he comes to London! I could see him again and again and again.... Absolutely brilliant!!!!

Very good ambience, everyone was dancing for the whole concert, I booked seats and I never use them.
Good venue, good security.
He was great!

When he finished the concert and We started to scream "otra" (another song), and he song 3 more. Then he left, and we said "otra" again, and he came out and song again ( even that the musicians were gone, they came back too)

This night was definitely a night to remember for all the latin community here in London. All over latin america we grew up listening juan luis guerra and he has been more than present in many of our playlists and parties for many many years.
To see such an important icon of latin american music in London was just unbeliavable, but amazing. The vibe of the whole room was up in the air, I had never seen such an energy together in the same place.
Juan Luis Guerra played all the hits of his career, and people where dancing, shouting, laughing, crying, beautiful!
And sharing this moment with some of my best friends was definitely the best part :)

Juan Luis Guerra was fantastic has always!!!! he is simple a Master in music!!!!
But the concert is was too short, he has so many songs and here in london the latinamerican people don't have many concert like this type and everybody expected the concert were more long like it is back in latinoamerica...

I know from people how flew from other places of uk to come to the concert and it was short for the expectetion of the public...

but he was fantastic has always!!!!

I love it! Juan Luis and 440 are the best, I felt in my country in that very nice latin atmosphere would like to see more good latin shows in London....Thank you very much for giving me that much happiness and making me feel at home
