Once again Family Man Barrett and crew deliver up the classics from the Wailers menu. Opened with Natural Mystic which flowed effortlesly into Guiltiness( from Exodus) and beyond. The hour long set saw Elan Eltias show his mettle as an A1 singer with his own style and character. The power house playing of Aston 'Family Man' Barrett, with a real hard drummer to match him, provided the core rythyms at the foundation of it all. The dual keyboards, trombone, and two backing vocalists all shone throughout. The half hour encore saw Aswad's Brindsley Forde leap into action as guest vocalist - The Wailers played the opening of Bettah, and then it was straight into Get Up Stand Up, Survival, Exodus/Set The Captives free. Please come again soon . My only criticism was the venue was too small which meant you couldn't move ( it was sold out ) and this is definitely music for dancing.
