The Pet Shop Boys are musical showmasters, making their performances both a sound and visual extravaganza. Everything from the flexible architectural backdrop, the Oskar Schlemmer-esque costumes, the projections – and not least the songs - sublime! And seeing everyone singing along - you realise that however much we are moving into a digital world... somethings can't be beat - least of all live entertainment.

Excellent end to the pandemonium tour and a great selection of mixes plus the first time we'd heard 'Together' live. Ting Tings were a pleasant surprise as a support act. Must admit that we were amazed that so many people found their mobile phones more interesting than the concert. They must have been terribly important people if they couldn't switch them off for more than about five minutes.

What an amazing concert!!
Absolutely awesome. As good as you would expect for such pros.

a fantastic mix of old and new - great set, fab dance sets (albeit very "New Order" in delivery and costume).

A fantastic end to the Pandemonium tour and all in a great cause - Mencap. Neil and Chris were on great form, the performance was seamless, the dancers amazing and a really lovely crowd. Much enjoyed hearing the new single live for the first time, and to see once again the dancing Christmas trees from last year!

brilliant night,good to meet fellow fans from uk and overseas,fantastic atmosphere. neil and chris were at their usual best , not forgetting the ting tings and the dancers. worth waiting in the freezing cold to get right at the front, and it was COLD !!!!

One of the most talented artists, one of the world´s biggest music shows.. makes you travel back to the 80´s and bring you back to the present, the´ve managed to renew themselves every time and this was no exception, absolutely fabulous!

Anyone with the slightest interest in pop would have been thrilled to the core with this gig. Pet Shop Boys transformed a humble humdrum theatre stage into an electropop heaven. Mixing up album tracks with number ones and decade-defining songs, Neil and Chris displayed a confidence and showpersonship that left me as happy as I've ever been at a gig. Choreography, costumes, videos, effects, set-list, performance above all - couldn't be bettered. This was the last show in the Pandemomium world tour but I shall go out of my way to try and catch future shows. And the best thing of all - it was for charity. Pet Shop Boys - you rule.

Favourite moment: The start of the evening is my favorite time, when they walk on and start the show. The whole atmosphere is one of a great big fun party. @

Opening act(s): I think out of the three warm up acts, Bad Lieutenant in Manchester, Sophie Ellis-Bexter in Newcastle and Ting Tings in London I liked Sophie best simply because I like her music.
However I did enjoy all the warmup acts. @

I love going to live music concerts and Petshop Boys not only provide amazing music but also a fabulous entertaining show.
I have been lucky enough to have seen this show three times in the past year, Manchester, Newcastle and London. Had I had the money I would have braved the bad weather last December and gone to see them at the O2.
The dancers and their routines were top rate and I loved the interpretation. I also loved the fact that they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.
I have managed to drag friends screaming and shouting to their concerts only to have converted them to the wonderful world of Petshop Boys.
I only hope it won't be too long until their next wonderful tour.

What the big frustration was is that they didn't start until 9.10pm - Didn't/Couldn't see why such a big delay from when Ting Ting's finished

What can I say....Pet shop Boys were in fantastic form at Hammersmith Apollo on December 8th. They certainly put on an entertaining event with dancers and great HATS! I loved both old and new songs. I was very lucky enough to win an Auction ticket and got to meet the guys backstage briefly (I hope the guy from Scotland remembers my email address and sends me THAT photo!) It was a MOST memorable night for me.

A brilliant evening and all for a very worthwhile cause. As theatrical and fun as i expected and had the 'feel good factor', couldn't help but smile and sing along.
The stage set and dancers were brilliant as of course were Chris and Neil who gave a great performance of some of their best songs.

I was particularly impressed with the choreography and the whacky costumes....very pet shop boys !!!

I'd seen the Pet Shop Boys' amazing performance on the TV at Glastonbury and it really made me wish I'd been there, especially as they played to such a mixed crowd - oldies like me mixed with really up for it kids who wouldn't have even been born when they had most of their hits. Well I was completely knocked out when i found out about their benefit gig for Mencap at the Hammersmith Apollo and even more so when I found I could get tickets for it.

I manage to persuade my wife, who was initially not very enthusiastic about standing for a whole evening in the stalls. But hey, with the opening bars of "Heart" we and everyone else in the audience started jumping around, singing along and carried on doing so for the next two hours. These guys (and their fantastic dancers) have lost none of their fire as they made their way throuigh their Pandemonium tour songsheet. I'm in my 60s but came away feeling about 40 years younger - overexcited like a big kid, I kept waking up throught the night with PSB songs still rattling around my brain....

WOW What a night! It started with so much energy from the Ting Tings. New songs like Clap Your Hands slotted in so nicely with foot-stompers like Shut Up & Let Me Go. They finished their set with That's Not My Name and the mesmerising beat and driving tempo was such that you never really wanted it to end. But you knew it was the perfect starter for an excellent main course. I love that bit between the guest act and the headliner - the excitement and anticipation as the warm-up music kicks in and you know that the band you're eagerly waiting to see are just behind the backdrop! This was the fourth time I've seen the PSBs on this tour and it just gets better and better! They seamlessly mix hit after hit - Heart, Go West, Left To My Own Devices, Always On My Mind, Suburbia - early on in the show but know when to slow it down with songs like Kings Cross and Jealousy. And of course they know when to crank it right up again to classic pop like their cover of Viva La Vida and It's A SIn! And it would be an absolute sin if they didn't tour again cos it looks to me like they enjoy it more and more! Neil and Chris, you are true pop royalty and long may you continue to bring so much pleasure to so many people!!

Absolutely fantastic!!!.
Saw it 3 times this year and once again loved all of it. Especially the added new song, and the extra Christmas song at the end of the show to finish the Pandemonium tour off. It was very glittery and festive, putting me in the right mood for the Chritmas season.xxxxxxxx Excellent, Excellent,Excellent.

Even though I had already been to 3 other dates on the pandemonium tour, this charity event was still a must-see. They never fail to produce a brilliant atmosphere where you have to dance because it really would be rude not to. The support act (The Ting Tings) also showed some genuine musical talent although they aren't normally my cup of tea and deserved a good round of applause..
Vocals all round were very good as always, with the odd little blip just adding character
