Favourite moment: Dave's acoustic solos, and the brilliance of Boyd Tinsley. @
Setlist: Proudest Monkey, Satellite, (not in order) Crash Into Me, Lie In Our Graves, Ants Marching, Don't Drink The Water, All Along The Watchtower, Shake Me Like A Monkey, Funny The Way It Is, Lying In The Hands of God, Spaceman, Time Bomb, Baby Blue, Corn Bread, Seven, and others. @
Opening act(s): None @
The band was really tight and polished, just as you would expect, and driven up by rapturous applause from an enthusiastic and dedicated audience. DMB are without genre, and appeal to all tastes and ages, as reflected in the audience from teenage to the wrong side of 50. Two and a half hours of sheer wizardry - just wish it didn't have to end there. DMB still have a limited (but dedicated) fan base over here, so would struggle to fill the largest venues, but to me this is a plus as the best concerts are to be found in venues like the O2 Academy and ticket prices are more reasonable. And I didn't need to take binoculars!!
