Maybe I've seen Neurosis too many times, maybe I miss the amazing video usually played behind them, maybe the crowd of idiots, scenesters and garrulous Spanish that seem to follow me around talking through every moment spoilt this gig. I hate it when one of the best live bands I've ever seen were dull. They used to be a force of nature but that gig was lame lame lame. You know when you just stop believing it? Disappointing.

Opening act(s): Poor, I was expecting better, but as with Neurosis, it was too loud to be able to really here anything other than Bass and Distortion! @

We have been waiting a long time to see Neurosis play live.
We were all disapointed with the sound. It was way too loud, so all you really heard was distortion. As the venue was mainly wood the bass was way over the top.

There can be no excuse for poor live sound nowadays, the fault is with the engineer at the desk.
We whent to see DOWN in Birmingham a few weeks ago and they sounded way better!
