The best performer ever.....I have seen Rod 19 times and he is the best! If you ever get the chance to go see him please do, you will not be disappointed...he is a showman and puts everything in to his performance. I first saw him in 1983 in Glasgow, my favourite concerts have been Edinburgh Castle and Dublin this year. Thanks for ALL the memories Rod...please come back to Scotland soon...Im 50 next year and it would be great to see you for the 20th time...my daughter/sister and now too my husband think you are the best also!

I am approaching the grand old age of 50 and have been an avid fan of Rod's since 16. I have seen him at least 6 times and always thoroughly enjoyed his concerts. My children of 15, 12, and 9 all have his songs on their ipods or whatever modern gismos they have. Recently got eldest to download me 3 Rod videos onto my phone and listened on repeat for ages !!!! Sad, but happy old man. May he live forever !

Rod was excellent crisp and true to sound. He was perfect. If you get the chance make sure you go and see him. I had seen rod a couple of times in his younger days and he was brilliant then and now years on he has obviously aged however i would say matured. as good as ever and what a show. just brilliant. im certainly going again.

What a master! What a performer! He just hasn't lost it. In fact he's improving all the time! He sang all his great hits and others off his latest album and proved just why he's a star. Not just an overnight sensation, but a performer who has stood the test of time. He recognised his fans for their dedication during these times of economic hardship and encouraged us to raise our voices to the skies while he listened to US!!

The Venue Home Park Plymouth was terrible. I know this was a fooball stadium. The security was way over the top a great deal of Rod Stewart fans are over 40 and certainly do not need the leval of security there. I have seen Rod Stewart over 50 times live and this was the worst experience.

My husband and myself booked tickets through ticketmaster, to see Rod Stewart. I would like to thank ticketmaster for there brilliant first class service. My booking was plain sailing, with no hickups. The evening was exceptional, Road Stewart, as always a true charming entertainer. The venue at Plymouth Argyle stadium was perfect. Our hotel package was everything and more. We stopped at the holiday inn, clean good food, and friendly staff. Overall it was a very good weekend.

Who would believe he was 64, his voice gets better and better with age, when he came out on stage I thought I'd died and gone to heaven as I have been a fan for so long. The show was unbelievable and Rod still looks HOT. The backing singers (Bridget, Natasha and Di) were amazing, so too were Katja (Saxaphone) and J'anna (Mandolin) in fact everyone was fantastic. This was my first ever concert so I wasn't sure what to expect, but believe me I was not disappointed. There was a good range of merchandise to choose from (a bit pricey) and the venue was well laid out, although £4 for a bottle of beer was daylight robbery. All in all I enjoyed the full evening and would definitely go to see him again, in fact I tried to get tickets for his show in Dublin 3 days later but bombed out.

I took a friend to see Rod and we both thought the sound quality was very bad. It must be something to do with being held out of doors. The Rolling Stones in Cardiff a couple of years ago was far superior. When Rod spoke you could hear him quite clearly but once he started singing it was very disappointing.

I have always enjoyed Rod's music, though have never thought of myself as a diehard fan, but, you know, ever since I was a teenager, there has been a Rod Stewart song for every event in my life - first boyfriend, college dances, break-ups and make ups, best kiss ever, and so on......
so I went to see him in Plymouth - bought 2 tickets and asked a few friends if they were interested then chose one to come with me, and it was the best concert ever - a full 2 1/2hrs of Rod singing, a little chat and banter but mostly just songs and music - all those memories (big sigh)
From the 20th row we had a brilliant view and the screens added to that - he was smooth and sexy and just an outstanding performer - I'd go again! Lovely to be outside, too, and just the odd spot of misty rain to cool us all down after all that singing and dancing.

Well what can I say being a huge fan of Rod for many years, he has got it all, there is something very appealing about this man. The concert was great, although a bit damp with the rain but that did not stop the atmosphere that surrounded the stadium, I could not sit in my seat just had to get up and sing and dance along it was amazing, I was a bit dissapointed with where I was, I wanted to be up the front and see a bit more, but the large screens make up for it as you can see it all on these. I can't wait for the next one now.
