Brilliant, quite brilliant!! We'd seen Mary Black a number of times in the UK but to see her on home turf added another dimension - her interaction with the audience was like a chat in the pub between old friends. The musical set was just right - a mixture of new work along with old favourites - and the performances of Mary and her musicians were spot on. Added to this the venue, which was impressive and just right for Mary's type of performance, and the evening will linger long in the memory. We have to say it again, brilliant!

Me and my wife went to this concert and had a great night in the Olympia Theatre. Mary went through her collection of songs, not hesitating to play a few new ones, amongst which there will certainly will be one or two new Mary Black classics. The six head band (good to see Pat Crowley again) was playing so good and inspired that within no time the audience became enthousiastic and sang along with some well known songs like 'Still believing', 'Flesh and Blood', 'Song for Ireland' and 'Katie'. An everytime highlight came with 'Bright Blue Rose', a song so beautiful which is as wax in Mary's hands. After 17 songs and two encores ("Néidin - Pasta" and "Heaven Help us all") we left the theatre, more than satisfied and impressed by this stunning performance.

Storming performance by Mary. Great mix of favourites, couple of new songs. Amazing band! The audience were right behind her - an emotional night, glad to be part of it.

Excellent all round performance, with a wide range of songs which convey varying sentiments, which leave you feeling uplifted. Really good value for money concerts to attend.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable event, the support act Rosie O'Reilly was also amazing, Mary is an excellent engager with the audience, she explained the backgound to her songs which was fab !!!

This was my second time to Dublin, my hubby has got me into Mary Black but seeing her live was wonderful !!! and the atmosphere was great.
