the chocolate drops were outstanding. they were constantly entertaining and often surprising. they were also amazingly erudite and I felt i was in the presence of real enthusiasts . One great item followed another, and I enjoyed their part of the concert enormously. Five stars
the Holmes brothers were also very accomplished performers but the amplification was too loud for the small hall. I would have enjoyed their performance more if the lead singer didn't keep asking if we were all having a good time and thanking us so often. thoug real virtuoso musicians there was a bit of a lack of variety. They also were handicapped by following the chocolate Drops. I enjoyed it but was quite a bit put off by the factors mentioned. So three stars only
