You won't be bored with this one.
I was expecting a lot less I must say, seeing as we were actually going to see Swan Lake and changed our mind to go see this. Swan Lake is traditionally boring, but this was full of action
There were explosions that surprised the whole audience, knife fights and knife juggling, fire juggling and fire hula hooping, trampolining, flying, swinging on ropes plus more.
The ice skaters themselves were brilliant, and changed for every scene. Most of them looked like the people they were lifting were as light as air, and didnt seem to notice they were lifting anything at all. It was purely incredible.
Even the kids were amazing. Loads were clapping in excitement and looking at their parents.
The characters were cast brilliantly - mainly because Captain Hook must have been over 6"8 and made everyone else look tiny. Just like children. Which worked perfectly. In fact many of the 'adults' in the cast were much taller on the most part. Other than Captain Hook, the character J.M Barry was probably my favourite, purely down to talent.
I'd reccomend it to anyone, and will be dragging all my friends next time they'e in town, which can't come soon enough for me!
