I found this show to be very funny. I have seen it on the TV and I thought that it was going to be the same but I was in for a surprise.
The big screens on either side are very helpful and necessary to see the facial expressions.
The add libbing that was going on throughout the show was just fantastic and watch out for Rory when they start because he cannot stop laughing.
The show started about 8.00 and finished approx 11.00 with a 20 Min intermission.
If you want a good laugh and a great night, go and see this show.
I can't wait for the next show next year.

As a Mrs Brown's Boys fan I was very dissapointed at the show I went to see in Bournemouth. The material was basically a rehash of the last TV series. There was no overall story, just a collection of parts of all of the TV episodes poorly linked together.
If you have not seen the last TV series this will be an entertaining show, but as I suspect most of the audience will have this is, in my view, providing poor value for money. I overheard several of the audience making the same observations as we were leaving.
I am sorry to say this, but this is lazy writing and I felt let down.

I was a bit nervous about watching the show live, just in case it didn't live up to the
T.V show, well I was certainly not disappointed at all......
I laughed from the time it started and the Ad LIB was sheer brilliant.

The show was great, a lot of it was from the TV series but it still made me laugh.
The venue was terrible though it was extremely hot a lady even fainted and the show had to be postponed for an early interval

Mrs Browns boys has been a favourite series of mine ever since I watched the first episode. If you haven't yet had the priviledge of seeing a live performance you must. I love the animated face of Mrs Brown and the rapport Brendan has with the other cast members, I feel like a family member myself I've watched the DVDs so many times. I love the shows honesty and the connection I have with the characters puts the biggest smile on my face. I absoultely love it and long may it continue. This show was well worth the wait, I'd had the tickets for ages. Atmosphere brilliant, Never laughed so much. Easily as good as the TV series if not better,and I am now looking forward to the live show at the NIA in September 2012. It can't come round quick enough.

best live show around, it remains loyal to the fans by doing a live show the same as the tv programme and the whole cast cant thank everyone enough for supporting them. The cast came outside afterwards to sign and have pictures taken even when teh weather was bad.

A fantastic show that made you laugh from start to finish, the time flew by and it didnt seam like 2 hrs but was well worth it. 10/10

The sets were done in 10 mins intervals, each one different, but with a theme, which concluded at the end. Mrs Brown's ad-libbing took the cast completely by surprise, they were trying to keep their faces straight, but that just made us laugh even more. It was a joy to watch.
