The Wanted absolutely smashed it, it's good to see them back in the UK doing what they do best even if it did rain when they were singing 'Chasing the Sun'. Bit gutted that Union J only had a 15 minute set which I thought was short for a special guest of the headline act but they were awesome! The Vamps and Ollie Marland were really good also and I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon!

It was fab and I would definitely recommend it! You could feel the bass and I have to say that all the acts gave me chills! It's one of the best events that I have ever been too and I would definitely go again! The golden circle tickets gave me the experience that I hoped for and I will defiantly be purchasing them again next year

Loved every second of it! Got to see one of my idols, Pixie Lott, live and also my other favourites Katy B, Labrinth and Tinchy Stryder!!! I love them all and they all played amazingly. Would recommend this festival to anyone. Heart radio were good at the event. I bought normal tickets and got near to the front after queuing up from 10.30am but was well worth it. Only downside is that the merchandise stands close before the end of the gig so if you're near the front you can't get anything :(

The festival was very well organised and I thought food and drink was quite reasonably priced compared to some venues I've been to see live music. £3.50 a pint is pretty much the going rate nowadays. The bands were at the lower end of the market but still I enjoyed myself. Cast stole the show for me, probably becasue I am old enough to have enjoyed them in their prime in the mid 90's! I'm hoping this festival grows over the next few years and we may actually see some top acts performing in the not too distant future.

Whole day seemed pretty good, fairly good line up and Cast were bloody good, however I have to admit, The Courteeners stole the show, they were absolutely incredible on Saturday, their songs were absolutely explosive and all of the lads were on top form. Reaffirmed my love for them as a live band, and cannot wait to see them again. I would recommend going to see these lads to anyone! Amazing.

the venue Chester racecourse was a great surprise,in that it worked very well,plenty of room and very well organised.
the days music was very good,my only complaint was the line up meant the music was very much the same, a similar type and sound except for PIXIE LOTT,maybe a wider range of music
would have made it more appealing and entertaining .
PIXIE LOTT was the supreme star of the day,leaving the other acts in her shadow,she looked incredible and her performance left you wanting more.
being the headliner I think her set should have been longer,but every song was outstanding ,she is a match for anybody.
a very much, MUST SEE artiste,a outstanding talent and a star that will shine brightly for a long time to come,go see and enjoy

All of the artists were brilliant but they were let down by the sound quality, especially during Maverick Sabre's set where the base was so low that it hurt your ears and you counldn't hear a thing. Also the compair was absullutely terrible; i'm sure she must have been picked up off the street earlier. Indigo City were pretty terrible but they were the warm up so fair enough.

Otherwise, good music and great venue.

Went on Sunday. What a great day out, great venue, great music, great atmosphere, no trouble, no queues. Even the sun came out from behind the entrenched clouds just for Sunday afternoon when the music started and stayed all day (sorry you drenched Saturday goers). Even better than last year's event. It's a don't miss for me now and I'm only 58

Line up was excellant but let down by poor sound systems. The fun fair was louder than the acts on stage which made them difficult to hear. Oxygen Bar decided it was to be the main source of music all the way through the show. Too long between acts - people walked away from stage area in between sets. Need a second or third tage to keep people interested & focused, perhaps with local bands playing inbetween headliners. Ditch the funfair - rubbish detracted from stage. Ban kids under 12 or call it a "Family Fun Day with live music" rather than a music festival !!!

This is the second time I have been to this and would throughly reccomend it for a wicked day out! Brilliant line ups, a small festival so you can get up close and personal with the stars. Also stalls selling, face painting, bars and a lot of fun rides as well as some extreme for adrenaline junkies!

used this event to take my young son to his second "gig" the first being radio one big weekend, we bought vip tickets so he could get near the stage without being overwhelmed by the crowd, the acts were great, but we couldent attend saturday due to age constraints ,but the vip tickets a waste of money the complimentry food was awful, and the staff from the event used the golden cicle as there own private club at £80 a ticket we bought 4 and the only benefit was free parking £5 to everyone else, will attend next year but wont waste money on golden circle tickets
