Had seen Henning at Ediburgh twice , each time with Herr Kuehnle, who provided the slapstick elememnt. No surrender was a solo show. Delivered with very good timing yet again he would take stereotypes about Germans and use them to hold up the mirror to the Englsih with hilarious effect. Made a Liverpool audience of very mixed ages laugh out loud. Well done.
