I have been a fan of Kisstory for years. I and my friends were so excited to go as we listen to Kisstory on a regular basis and the music is awesome!

The night at the o2 did not live up to the radio at all!!!!! The music was nothing like they play on the radio.

The queue for a drink was also ridiculous! Too many people for one bar! Also the men at Kisstory do not know the meaning of being a gentleman. So many guys pushed and shoved me and my friends in the bar area and jumped the queue in front of us. May be we are too ladylike for Kisstory at the o2!

We won't be going again!

I have been to Kisstory a few times and always thought it was a brilliant night out. This time however, the music was terrible! Nothing like you would normally hear on the kisstory hour on the radio. We were excited to go for the new R'n'B room but I heard nothing that even resembled R'n'B music! all seemed to be 'tranced and garaged' up. I thought they may have played some classics... but not no avail and returned to the main floor. They even played the same song 3 times in 1 hour! Had a couple of hours in there and was quite disappointed and had to leave. I will not be returning again... such a shame when you pay £20 for a ticket (minus travel expenses!).

The music was great as well as the vibe, but as soon as we arrived we went straight to the bar to get drinks, which happened to be the place we stood for about 40 minutes waiting to be served. The lack of bar staff was AWFUL. My question is £23 for what ? Fair enough you get good music, but you can't get merry unless you buy about 6 drinks at once. All in all I'd never go again unless I was in VIP or got my own table because it was just a pain waiting so so so long just for a drink. Someone is clearly raking it in, charging £23 for a ticket and not employing a fair amound of staff.

I am a massive fan of Kisstory and believe nothing decent was made past 1995. So, I had high hopes for this night. Reading other reviews, this was probably one of the worst nights to attend in terms of atmosphere etc, but my friends and I still had a top night.
As with all other reviews, the bar was understaffed - something really needs to be done. After the event was shut down, nothing was done to help people leave - putting a few more people on the cloakroom should have been a no-brainer idea from security, but alas common sense was lacking. Tunes were great, Damage were fabulous, shame about the shut down.

Really good night same as last time i went tunes was banging. Shame about the couple idiots that messed the end of the night up but least it was near the end. As all ways the only problem is you spend more time at the bar then on the dance floor as it takes to long to get served other then that i would say anyone that is a lover of the KISSTORY hour go you will love it like me an my pals did

Kisstery was fantastic, didn't stop dancing the whole night. lots of age groups u could go casual or smart every one fitted in. The only disapointing part was it got called off early due to an incident. We drove and it was reasonably priced drinks were fairly priced also.

Wasn't what I was expecting - Kisstory on Kiss FM at 11am plays much better music than the rubbish played here. Also felt like I had wandered into an episode of TOWIE. The queue for drinks at the bar was ridiculous and they were expensive as the O2 apparently serves double measures as standard! I left before the night was stopped early because of a fight. I won't be wasting my money again on this event - you can have a much better night out in London!

Went kisstory on 25th August for b'day celebration, Just when i was starting to have a good time and especially the birthday girl as we were pacing ourselve the night was ended very unexpectingly, paid for two vip table, extra vip tickets and our group spent quite abit at the bar, as bottles of drinks was not finished and had to be left behind when we was made to leave the club. So dissapointed on that respect considering how much we spent, not getting to make most of the night and not the 30th b'day i wanted for my girlfriend to remember. Other then that staff were efficient, friendly and professional, and thanks Timea and Gregg for being very helpful beforehand. Will go again hopefully next time it be a better night to remember!!!

Couldnt get to the bar, staff were slow and not enough of them. Music started off badly. Closed an hour early. No cab or taxi service.

We attended 'Kisstory', as part of present for my Husbands birthday - I thought it was a 'back to the day 90's dance to present,concert night, (as we hadn't been before), and it was just advertised on the ticket site as 'Kiss's famous club night at the O2'.
We weren't sure what to expect when we got there, and I have to say we were disappointed. It was a nightclub, with too loud a base - it covered up any of the vocals and tune on the records played, vibrating so you got a huge buzz up her neck, and little of the intended track in your ears!. The bar was a joke - we got ONE drink in 3 HOURS because we couldn't get to the bar - it was at least 8-10 people deep, along the whole stretch, wasn't manned enough, and didn't serve quickly enough the people that were at the front,it just didn't move. We left early because we were thirsty and the music wasn't up to scratch. It had been initially good when we first entered at just after 10pm, but by 12 bad mixing and some really dated tunes had kicked in, that weren't anthems as the DJ proclaimed across the mike! My hubby has been raving it up since the late 80's early 90's when the dance scene kicked in, I am 4 years younger and followed suit clubbing from my late teens/early twenties. I thought this would be a great night to relive his youth and reminisce..having a great night together,but both of us were bitterly disappointed. I'm gutted that was part of his present, and had I known it was just a club night in a night club wouldn't have booked it. Information on the website for the Indigo at the O2 gave minimum explanation. I have compilation albums of 'kisstory' but didn't hear half the tunes I was expecting. The club was swamped with young twenty somethings that wouldn't have known the anthems back in the day, so they probably think it was brilliant!, however as funky Ibiza loving clubbers in their late 30's we wouldn't reccomend this night. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Too packed, lots of fights. Club shut down 50 minutes early by police and no one was given an explanation why it was shut down (now found out someone was unconscious) but would have been nice to have been told at the time. VIP was a waste of money

Had an awesome night, very crowded though and had to wait 45 mins to get my first drink which I was definitely not impressed with, they needed loads more people behind the bar as the service was just to slow, lucky the music and the set was on par, otherwise i could see people leaving. Seeing Damage was amazing, and DJ EZ .... well what more can I say ... ITS DJ EZ !!!!

Night was cut early as there was an incident and I was not extremely pleased with that, but will definitely be reaching another Kisstory in the future, and would recommend anybody who never made it to come next time lol !!
