Featured Review

We were all blown away by the amazing Disney on Ice Princess and Heroes tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The costumes, lighting , sound etc were really incredible. The skating itself is not particularly technical but there doesn't appear to be a huge amount of space to work with. Our girls aged 5 and 3 were so excited and we are so pleased that we got to take them. Definitely worth it. Although very expensive.

took my 2 younger children and my teenage daughter to see this show, everyone was highly entertained, the dancers were fantastic, the costumes and scenery were also excellent. a great show for all ages, only criticism are the prices of the tickets

We have been to two Disney on Ice perfomances now and we enjoyed them both and going again next year.

We had great seats and didn't miss anything.

The costumes and skaters are excellent and my then 2 year old loved watching it.

My 4 year old daughter was blown away. The skating was excellent. Can't fault. Although...the merchandise( which is difficult not to buy when every other child in the stadium is waving light wands around) is very expensive. Take your credit card.

Was absolutely brilliant!! would defo recomend anyone going!! my 5yr old really loved it and didn't want it to end. Am booking again to take her in November A+++++++++
venue was really easy to find and had great seats.

I took my 3yr old niece to see this spectacular show. And just like myself she had an amazing time, and still talks about it. WHEN IS THE NEXT SHOW BECAUSE WE SHALL DEFINATLY BE ATTENDING!!!!

Probably better named Princesses and Princes, Lovely show, very very girly, my 4 yr old daughter loved it but I highly wouldn't recommend taking any children of a younger age, we were surrounded by moaning and fidgeting toddlers/babies, which distracted us from the show.
Ice skating was amazing, very skilled performers, Let your little girl dress up in her favourite princess dress and she'll fit in a treat. Gets a bit chilly near ice so where warm clothes, my sandled feet were freezing.

Parking at the Sheffield Arena was simple and straight forward, expensive at £5.
The merchandise was mega expensive and my daughters flashing thing stopped working mid show but they were happy to exchange it no quibble.

Our little girl really enjoyed this show as the main theme was around Disney Princesses - there wasn't that many heroes. So this show is probably only of interest to children who like Princesses and know the various fairy tale Disney films pretty well. You are provided with snips from the various movies and they use actual sound bites from these films.
If you are thinking of taking your child I would recommend you get your child to dress up in a Princess/Hero dressing up outfit as there was a lot of children in fancy dress - so a great excuse to dress up and your child won't feel left out.
In terms of age suitability I would recommend from 3 up to the age of 8.

Took my little princess to see the fantastic Disney on Ice Princesses and Heroes for her birthday.
Was brilliant - she loved it. Will be booking again!!

I took my daughter as a birthday treat and we both thought that it was brilliant. All the cast were excellent and very professional, and the acrobatics were amazing. My daughter is a truly obsessed disney fan and sang along to all the songs, by the way did I mention she is 26!!!!! I am sure we will be going to future "Disney on Ice" shows and one day I hope to be taking Grandchildren!!!!!

This was ok. My daughter liked it only for seeing the princess's but then didn't see much of them. We paid top price for tickets said no restricted view!!! View limited and mainly saw the backs of the characters. Disappointed as this year thought we would treat ourselves to seat near the rink but turned out to be the worst place we have ever sat in.

As for the show wasn't as spectacular as previous years but if you like the princesses then suppose its worth seeing but choose cheap seats!!!!!!

3 X 21 year olds, A 46 year old and a 6 Year old... ideal for all the family.
I enjoyed it but the only negative i had was the Heroes, as great as they all where it was more female friendly... a few other "Heroes" would of made it better for the 6 year old boy, however he enjoyed it all the same.

Fantastic event although not really enough in the show for boys to enjoy! Would have been great to have more special effects like the fire-breathing dragon! My daughter, however, loved the whole thing and believed it all! The oppurtunity to take pics with the characters would have been amazing!
