I wasn't sure what to expect, due to family reasons Heaton Park was a none starter, so a chance of babysitters while visiting relations in Ireland gave us this chance.
We arrived shortly after the gates opened, which allowed us the chance to go in the pitt! Maverick Sabre entertained very well despite experiencing technical difficulties. Gabriel Y Rodrigo, brought a little something different to the event. A latino jazz fusion! Florence has definitely been hugging some trees, and skipping through a forest or two. Her energy and enthusiasm, was creating all sorts of girl crushes from her greatest hits set.
Then, after an intro of "Stoned Love" the pillars of nineties Indie, graced the stage. The lighting and video effects were stunning. All the classics were aired. The was love in the air as the band seemed to be enjoying themselves, so much so they had a group hug on stage at the end of he gig!
